According to our records, the verification review was successfully completed and the restrictions on your account were lifted on 03/01/2026 at 14:06:09 UTC. At that time, the balance you had won remained available on your account and you were able to request a withdrawal.
However, after the restriction was removed, the available funds were used for further gameplay rather than being withdrawn. As the balance was played after the account was fully verified, the outcome of that gameplay cannot be reversed.
We understand that this may not have been the result you were hoping for, but based on the account activity, the funds were available to withdraw once the verification was completed.

Horrible experience
So I signed up with spingenie, the account registration was quick, and easy.
My issue is that SpinGenie took my deposit of $20 and let me play, once I got up to $400 I was then surprised when the application would not let me withdraw my funds, and instead told me to verify multiple things (such as a bank statement proving that the card i payed for the deposit with was mine) after I already verified my ID, my facial recognition to go with the ID provided, my bank details, with my name matching my ID and user profile, phone number and email.
The withdrawal process is not easy,its frustrating, the chat support (live agents) don't help at all.
I use upwards of 4 different ontario registered casinos, and this has been the WORST so far.

Additionally, the image of the card could not be accepted because the card details and the cardholder name appear on opposite sides, which prevents us from confirming that they belong to the same card.
To complete the verification, we kindly require a bank statement clearly showing:
- A deposit made to us from the card in subject
- The official bank logo visible
- You Full Name Details
The document would preferably be in PDF, to avoid rejected documents that come off as blurry.

This website stole from me, i set up an account, played and won $650. The website then asked for extra verification of my documents for my bank which i gave them. They then said that i had breached terms and conditions and closed my account and are refusing to pay my winnings. DO NOT PLAY HERE.
