When taking photos of your ID, all four corners of the document must be visible in the image. In the previous upload, some details such as the expiry date were not fully shown. The same applies to your proof of address. If the image is zoomed in too closely and only shows part of the document (for example just your name and address), we are unable to verify it. We need to be able to see the entire document clearly, thus, all the 4 corners of the document clearly visible and readable.
Please re-upload clear photos showing the full document from edge to edge, with all information visible and nothing cropped or covered. This will allow us to complete the verification without further delays.

This is the worst app to use I won money and couldn't withdraw it and they had some sort of rules you had to follow to Eben get it and I clicked on cancel the bonuses so I could with draw what I won it said 4 dollars and then 40 and some cents and as I clicked it all the money disappeared you can't talk to anyone cause all they give is a bot I put money into this stupid thing thinking I was getting somewhere do not waste your time putting any money into this and don't go for the promotions I had lost everything

When a bonus is active on an account, any winnings obtained while playing with that bonus are considered bonus funds and are subject to the bonus terms. If a bonus is cancelled, both the remaining bonus balance and any winnings generated from it are removed in line with those terms. From reviewing your account, it appears that your real-money balance had been used prior to playing with the bonus funds (exactly how our bonus system works) and the winnings you are referring to were generated from the bonus balance rather than real balance.
We understand that this can be disappointing, and we appreciate that the process may not have been clear at the time. However, we have also escalated to the relevant department for further review. We will contact you by email once this has been completed.
