Purchase from Spink Books but download failed multiple times

Purchased an ebook from spinkbooks dot com and it failed multiple download attempts. Getting someone to answer my emails (and refund my money for 2 failed purchase downloads) has to date yet been unsuccessful.

My problem, not theirs, is their location in the UK. It was hard for me to get on the same page with them time wise.

I was in the U.S. and Japan while trying to make purchases and download them.

I've asked for a refund and will update this posting later when more information is available.
