Edit: I have NOW AMENDED my experience and they have processed my redemption. But staff was very slow and unresponsive, it took way too many tries to get proper help. But I have received my sweepstakes redemption. I’m still weary to even make another purchase due to the experience.
After following up with staff and them replying to my review, they are still avoiding or ignoring my emails, and giving me the same responses when they do reply. I completed every step for redemption completely and they've agreed, yet they decline my redemption after approving it time after time, and dont help after. Complete scam. I use many sweeps casinos and have spent over 100k, use any site except for this one.

Do not play at this trash site!! They are liars, thieves who will NOT PAY YoU your winnings and tell you for. Months they are working on the issue they made in the first place… after I won it was redeemable play through was already completed. When I went to redeem my winnings it showed it was all redeemable. When I submitted my redemption request it denied it then placed my winnings as non redeemable.. I have made Multiple attempts and requested them to fix it for months now. They keep telling me they are working on it.. bullish! They haven’t ever even updated me about anything to do with it! I successfully followed all verification steps and was approved without a hitch. I made not one, but two of the required package purchases while I remained on InboxDollars to fulfill their offer. I started playing and, to my amazement, won over $350 right from the start while meeting all the site's requirements. However, when I attempted to redeem my winnings, I noticed my redeemable balance was just $50.
I promptly reached out to customer support. They responded with an apology, admitting they were aware of the issue and that their tech team was diligently working on a solution, assuring me they would get back to me soon. After two days of waiting, I decided to play again and hit another big win, increasing my balance to $400. While the redeemable balance was eventually updated, I was left without any options for withdrawal. When I contacted support again, I learned that I was required to complete purchases through an ACH bank transfer. I attempted several transactions, and my bank confirmed that I was linked to their site. Yet, every single transaction was declined, despite my bank stating they never received any requests. To make matters worse, each supposed declined transaction was deducted from my redeemable balance.
**Second Issue:** I emailed them regarding the account linking and expressed my concerns, but I have yet to receive a response. In an effort to investigate further, I made a purchase with the same bank card, and it went through without any issues. Stay away! I won 1200 SC and am now being asked for a full bank statement that includes all my purchases on this site. The bank statement isn't ready for another 2-3 weeks, so I'm stuck in limbo. Support takes 2-3 full days to reply, so good luck getting anywhere. Every other sweeps site will pay out within 3-5 days with little to no hurdles. Spinsamerica is a SCAM.

This company is one of the worst social casinos you can play. They are currently declining my redemption of 210 sweep coins because I have to wager $1,000 to redeem any sweepstakes. Their own words. I made $120 worth of purchases. I would have kept it lower but they said I needed to link my bank account in order to redeem now which I had to make an additional purchase for. But now their excuse is I need to wager $1,000 to redeem ANY sweepstakes. No other company I have played on has had such a bad policy that changes at will. I seen other here complain about having to wager $100 or $200 to redeem but $1,000 wager to redeem $210 is ridiculous. I’m filing a charge back with my bank if they choose to decline my redemption again because in their own terms of service it says nothing about $1,000 wager requirement.

I like the site and like that they're are getting new providers but they definitely should list the playthrough requirement when you purchase. Also they should make it to where you show a bank statement once. Not everytime you redeem or purchase a big amount you're required to show the bank statement with the purchase on it. I had to wait a month to get my bank statement from cash app and redemption. After I provided that though it was super fast and I actually like customer service. I think they're nice.

worst casino ever. The website is not so great lot of glitches, the support team is ok, I put 22$ and won almost 137$, I try to redeem it, the support says you need wager 200$ to withdraw, I was frustrated but I wagered anyway and now I have 105$, now when I withdraw they are asking my bank statement and account details, why do they need it, very scummy scam site, never use it.

The person reviewing my bank statements seemed confused, even though i sent both statements from the two separate accounts they seem unable or unwilling to look through them. Even when I sent a screenshot that was directly from one statement i sent clearly showing the transaction was in it they didn't seem to understand and just told me screenshots were not allowed as proof which was obvious instead of understanding that if they just looked through the bank statement carefully they would have found the same information that was in the screenshot.

I hopped on this sweepstakes casino and bought a promotional offer, played a little bit and redeemed the minimum redemption. Was a good overall experience. I would recommend that you make it easier to link bank accounts so that they appear on the redemption page faster.

I signed up with Spinsamerica through Upromise. After I logged in I won several hundred dollars. At first my account was showing I couldn't withdraw due to the account not being verfied even though I had an email showing I was verified. I contacted supprt and they were able to help me and my funds were in my bank account Monday morning. I wanted to write this review because alot of people are saying the site is a scam. While it's not my favorite platform it does send you the money you win.

This website simply increases the waging requirement each time you request a withdrawal into perpetuity. You will not be allowed to withdraw under any circumstances.
If you've deposited before reading these reviews, there is no point attempting to cash out or get your deposit refunded. Initiate a charge-back and report them to their payment processors, since they are a criminal operation.
Do not think you are the exception. They 100% will not pay you your winnings nor even refund your deposit. I recommend reporting them to their payment processors, webhost, domain registrar, Cloudflare, social pages, Zendesk and the offer walls that they advertise on.
Edit: the handful of new positive reviews on this page, if from real people, are almost certainly from a few selective payouts intended to lure in new victims.

Support is useless. Ive been trying for 2 days to withdraw my balance. Ive been trying to use my bank and they said my checking account wasn't a checking account. Now it's connecting but my payments been declined but it isn't being declined by my bank. So it's on there end. And of course I cant get customer support to respond. This is terrible update. I got my bank account successfully linked. Made a redemption request and 7 days later they declined my request stating I hadnt completed some wagering requirement which isnt listed anywhere in the sweeps policy they thoughtfully sent me in the email after they declined my redemption. So now I'm once again delayed on receiving my winnings for no reason. I completed there new requirement and submitted yet another redemption request. Hope they don't find some new reason to deny me. Update delayed again. Almost 2 months now. They asked me to send account statement to verify, when I sent two 4 days ago!

I recommend linking your bank on your first purchase so you won’t have any issues redeeming and make sure you have your bank statement to upload of your transactions to verify and get a smooth redemption. After nearly 2 months I have finally received my redemption and the issues addressed in my original review have been rectified. However, when considering the insane playthrough requirement (I had to wager $2000 just to redeem my initial $125. Thankfully I somehow managed to turn it into $200+) and painfully long redemption process this has been by far one of the most unpleasent experiences with a social casino site.
I initially found the site through one of those rewards websites that pay you to do surveys and such. They were offering $60 for a $20 deposit on the site, so I thought why not. I deposited around $75 and ended up at $125 in my redeemable balance. However, when I went to redeem, there was literally no button for payment options to withdraw. Support told me to link my bank account, but still nothing showed up. I decided to make a $5 test purchase, and I ended up LOSING $10 of my redeemable balance even though the transaction declined twice. With an error like that, I lost all confidence that the funds I earned would be accessable.
