*SpinsAmerica.com is not a legitimate operation. They currently owe me $8,000. As part of their KYC (Know Your Customer) process, they required a bank statement, which I provided. However, they are refusing to approve my verification because the statement does not include my full account number and routing number.
This demand is both unnecessary and suspicious. The statement clearly shows my name and transaction history with their platform — more than enough to prove account ownership. Furthermore, I had already completed their original KYC process before depositing or playing on their site, and that was approved. I can provide documentation of that approval.
To date, I have found no credible evidence that SpinsAmerica.com pays out winnings to any users.
Since then Spinsamerica has closed my account, I have filed a complaint with the FTC, not that I expect anything to go anywhere.
I got my first ever max win in a casino on this site, and I will never see a penny of it.

I wish I had read the reviews before putting any money on the garbage site, because if I had, I would have never paid them a dime. I won $100 after buying $9 worth of sweepstakes, then a little more as well. I go to redeem, and I cannot redeem anything. Says balance is unredeemable. I message customer support, and they tell me it's because I have to buy via bank transfer for security and verification purposes. So after a few issues doing that, I succeeded and put more money on the site. I got to redeem, and what do you know? Still unredeemable! So I realize something really strange is going on and decide to check out Trustpilot and find all the negative reviews, including rollover. So I decided to keep spinning, knowing I'd probably never get my money. So after spinning threw much of my winnings slowly but surely, little bits of money become redeemable. Total scam!!!! Crazy rollover, never seen such high rollover, nor is it disclosed anywhere. STAY CLEAR

Yeah this is a total scam. Horrible rtp and if you manage to get over 100 to cash out, it lets you but then you get an email saying you need to 4x playthrough. Why even let me do the redeem process? Do not give this site any time or money
