Don't pay out,they say the widrawal takes betwen 7-21 working days and after this time still don't pay,they change the name now to Angel spins so they can trick new people!

Been waiting for more then 3 months now and the same excuses over and over, they are a unlicensed casino so there is no way to force them to pay.

I deposited a few hundred before I read the reviews. i then withdrew £500 and came on to read them, I wasn’t holding out much hope. After a couple of days the £500 was in my betting account, i contacted to ask why it had been cancelled and they told me it sometimes happens if there’s too many people trying to withdraw. This made me dubious right away, however, I tried withdrawing again, within 2 days I had an email to confirm details for withdrawal and I was very surprised when i seen the money was in my account the next day!

I’m worried. I deposited a 4 figure amount but doubled it and have selected withdraw.

They said 7-21 days to process (I’ve passed all verification) but the Chat is CHATGPT called Fiona and I can’t get a proper answer.

Can somebody please say whether they’ve actually ever got their money they won? Surely there are hundreds that don’t post reviews that HAVE been paid out?

Another update on spinsheaven.com. At business day 19 and no payment, I know that it isn't coming and they keep cutting me off on chat when I get through to a real person ...... has anyone ever heard of them paying anyone, ever??

Score is zero still not had winnings .5 month keep saying in the queue for your winnings same old thing put same message on for everyone DO NOT PUT ANY MONEY IN THERE SCAMER POCKETS

They don’t pay out! Large amount owing to me for over 7 weeks, lots of excuses. Is there any official complaints body to contact?

Edit: After doing some research into them and their "license" they are a complete scam, the license is known to be fake and used by many other sites that are scam sites, never paying out any withdrawals with excuses of checking the gameplay that you didn't cheat to win etc. Noone has ever received a withdrawal from them or any of their sister sites.

My bank is in the process of a merchant dispute to refund me the money I deposited.

Do not be taken in by them, you will never get any of you winnings with excuse after excuse followed by them closing your account.

Edit 2: After further checks looking up their domain name registration they have put their name, email, contact information in as "Removed for Privacy", they have put that in as company name etc to make it look like the registration company have done it which is totally false, registration companies do not do that. COMPLETE SCAM.

Edit 3: I suggest anyone taken in by this scam contact the domain registration company they have used using the following address and feel free to copy my email to them -

I'm writing to complain about spinsheaven.com, they are a fake online casino who are stealing from people, you make deposits and any money won is held in a withdrawal process for weeks and months with excuse after excuse and never paid out, eventually you are banned from the online live chat, which is run by bots and they ignore all your emails. There are a lot of people affected by this as a simple Google search will show, searching online you will not find any positive comments about them. Looking at the details they have registered with you gives no details about them as they have typed in all there information as "Removed for Privacy" to hide, something you as the provider should have picked up on.

Please cancel this domain as soon as possible, many people are now reporting them to their banks for fraud.

Numerous requests to close account. No replies to emails, chat is completely useless and unhelpful. Wish I could give less than 1 star. I hope this company gets fined and shut down.

Don't touch this company with a barge pole, avoid at all costs, they don't pay your money nor do they reply to emails or close your account down.

I wrote a bad review before but got my money they expressed technical issues so I thought only fair remove review. But hey ho here we are again. I made a withdrawal on the 29th March still no money. I send emails no response rudest site I’ve ever known for no communication. I will now make a complaint to the licensing company along with any other governing body I can find. This is so wrong we play fairly deposits are taken instantly and yet 19 days so far and no withdrawal not sure how they can keep getting away with this. Surely they have to abide by laws

Apart being exploiting cons, I’ve tried to close my account 4 times now. The first 2 times, they put £40 into my account. The second time I didn’t ask for it and said can you remove this. They said this can’t be done. 4th time in asking them via chat to close my account, they asked me to send another email?! Do not use this or any other website associated with these. Avoid!

Good for games, not a huge selection but definitely some classics and favourites.I made a couple of deposits and had a decent size win, I was a bit worried when I read all these reviews and feared the worst for my £600 withdrawal and my second of £240. Sure enough I was payed 24 hours after each was processed. Not sure what the reviews are but it's not my experience at all.
