Fantastic piano, much more versatile than the core version.
Love the options to tweak sound in a wonderful Spitfire own plugin. This piano is another instrument from the Spitfire family that I am happy to use with the orchestra but also standalone. Sounds just marvellous!
This has the usual Spitfire Audio extremely high sound quality, and is a very flexible instrument. All the microphones used mean you can mix a close and intimate sound or place the instrument in a vast room, conjuring the atmosphere you need for any piano piece. The seamless integration with the BBC Symphony Orchestra Professional makes for a satisfying experience, with the interface staying out of your way so you can get on with making your music. Great fun to play with and great for getting real composing work done. Superb.

Very high quality product.
The piano sounds fantastic. I had been missing this instrument to complete my BBCSO setup. Initially, I bought the CORE version, but to blend it properly into the mix, I upgraded to the PRO version since it's recorded as a concert grand piano. It’s the perfect complement to BBCSO, bringing that extra touch of class and depth to my compositions.
The last time I heard a Steinway that sounded this beautiful was when I played a new Model D while in University. None of the other library pianos I have come close. I'm a happy camper, as they say.
The worst and most unnatural sounding piano sample library I've ever played.
The BBCSO Piano Pro fits perfect into the orchestra setting. It sounds from crispy clear to intimate close and stands out from the orchestra. Well sampled and with helpful microphone positions.
Beautiful. The close mic sounds very close and has no reverb that I can tell, whereas the other mics sound amazing as well with the different sounds they produce. Integrates perfectly with the rest of the BBCSO library.
This should be included with BBCSO. It is useful as it matches the ambience of the BBCSO space but as a standalone product it is nothing special.
The perfect addition to the already magnificent BBC Symphony Orchestra Pro. Having the piano recorded in the same space makes scoring with BBCSO a fluid, inspiring session everytime.
Incredibly versatile piano vst. Not cheap, but worth it.
This was the missing piece of my (BBCSO) Orchestra... And is sounds beautifull, elegant and full. I know I will have a lot of fun with the Piano Pro ... But it will also be inspiring because I tend to play the piano before I start going full Orchestra. Not that I'm that great of a player. But when a melody sounds great on the piano ... Most of the time it will sound good played by an Orchestra... Again ... a great job by Spitfire Audio
