Very disappointed
I wrote to this company with the details of a replacement window project for my property on 29th September.
After a week with no response I phoned this company twice over several days.
It seems that that this company has staffing and or customer service issues as on both occasions I had to leave voice messages.
Still with no response, I made one last attempt using the customer enquiry form on the web site.
After two more days with no response I have given up.
I conclude that a company that is this unresponsive to prospective customers is not one that I would want to engage in a project.

2 oak staircases made by Spittlywood
Spittlywood worked with us to design the 2 staircase of our dreams... both were Oak with metal spindles but everything else was completely different.
One was modern contemporary and the other was more traditional... both however had a mid landing with a gallery at the top.
There was some significant challenges for both staircases as we wanted designs that meant the structure had to be more complicated than usual, Splittlywood were very accommodating with our challenging demands and the end products were simply breathtaking.
I really can't recommend them enough, pricing was competitive and the quality was second to none, even after 2 years later neither stairs has even the a slight squeak when you walk up them.
