Terrible customer service, awful to deal with

Train got cancelled and Split my fare and the operator just pushed me back and forward between each other, but Split my fare were much worse to deal with. Avoided answering any questions I asked, took over a week and still didn't get sorted out . If anything goes wrong with your journey they hope to delay you until you go away, it's not worth the hassle.

We have to abide by strict refund rules set out by National Rail and the operators, as such we cannot provide a refund for a cancellation if any of the tickets have been used, the operator has to issue this.

Excellent service

Excellent service. I had to cancel my trip due to my daughter breaking her foot and I needed to cafe for her. Speedy service and admin fees were reasonable.

Seat reservations

Tickets are cheaper than on other sites, however occasionally the seats change during the journey, which isn’t always practical.

Great customer service

After I booked my ticket to Devon I saw that there was going to lots of disruptions on the route which would mean more changes including a bus too. Due to medical issues I knew this was not something I could manage and had to cancel my ticket. I am not particularly great with internet correspondence but Richie replied to my email in a very short space of time and has being nothing but excellent with helping me cancel and organise a refund. The relief his help gave me was wonderful. I felt I was a valued customer even though I couldn’t travel, I would not hesitate to recommend to friends to use them. A great site

A great site, more and more it is becoming impossible to book tickets on main stream sites and use a concessionary pass to reduce the fare. Split my Fare does give this facility and breaks the journey at the border of (West Yorkshire) in my case to acheive the lowest fare available.

You show trains that only have best fare finderone…

You show trains that only have one change both trips return. Trainline only shows 1 change going and ALWAYS 2 changes back. Also cheaper which is a bonus

Great website and service

First time I have used the Split My Fare web site but everything was easy to understand.

Booking and paying for the train journeys was straight forward.

After the payment was received, the tickets were sent via email.

No problems encountered.

Cheap Rail Tickets from Split My Fare

Split My Fare, always come out cheaper than using other Rail Services.
Easy to use.
Have the choice of ETickets or collect from your station, which I prefer.
