Didn't get my tickets and the price of…

Didn't get my tickets and the price of the fare from Plymouth to Cardiff was taken out of my account twice, so ended up having to drive which I was trying to avoid.

Savings and Great Customer Service!!

Have saved loads using this site. Offers fare options and prices that sometimes don't appear on other fare splitting sites too. Recently had to contact them for a refund due to a cancelled train and their customer service was so quick to get back to me. Can't recommend enough!!

Just scammers

Just scammers. Brought an open return by clicking on "open return" option, which was then confirmed by receipt for purchase. Tickets then arrive and they are day return, so had to buy again. Claimed they use the term "open return" for "day return" (but there was no other return option, so clearly total bull, and the whole rest of the rail industry knows the difference), then "our automated system doesn't make mistakes". Horrible to deal with, nasty scamming company that needs to be regulated out of existance. Go elsewhere. EDIT". The reply is just a lie - even the receipt says "Open Return". And the nasty threatening tone tells you all you need to know about this company.

As explained to you by email, Open Returns include all return tickets with flexibility which includes Day Returns. Trainline and every other ticket retailer also sells Open Returns as such, so it is not true that the rest of the rail industry is different. You selected a Day Return which was clearly shown to you on the results page. We would advise you to be very careful about statements that are clearly defamatory and libel.

Refund exception - needs met

I encountered a problem visiting a relative in hospital and although the option didn't exactly match those on the website for claiming a refund with flexible tickets - one email to you and I was provided with the mechanisms to allow me to receive my refund.
