Hassle free company
Website is easy to navigate, placing the order for the wheel lock was fast no problem and the item is great value for money.
Personally I would spend some time testing the locks before sending them to costumers as the one I got is at times tricky to open and only after fiddling a couple times with it I manage to get it open, but this is of course the difference between a £10 and £40+ lock.
The delivery was easy and the item well packed, never had the need to contact them, so I have no idea how they work in the communication side.
One more thing I would like (and following the example of other brands) is to see replies from the company to the reviews left.
Nevertheless I don't have a problem in recommending them and for sure will consider buying again.

I've been buying recently from them and never had a problem , delivery was about 2-3 days,faster than I expected, and also customer service is very good ,they promptly reply to my emails .Can't ask for more .

Brilliant place. Certainly cracked customer service!
My hubby and son have both recently passed their bike tests and as we live in Lincolnshire, this Boston based company was the first port of call to buy the kit. My hubby bought everything, jeans, jacket, gloves, boots and helmet from them and they were more than helpful and everything has been perfect.
I bought my son his helmet and gloves from them and again, they couldn't have been more helpful. Unfortunately, my son had some issues with both the helmet and the gloves and had to return them (it was due to a manufacturing fault with both of the items) and the company were fantastic. My son produced his receipt (he was told to keep his receipt safe as he would need it if there were any problems) and both of the items were replaced on the spot. He ended up going for a different helmet and gloves, but sportsbikeshop were amazing.
We all know that sometimes manufacturing problems happen, and we have all had that sinking feeling of 'here we go' - having to argue the toss to be made whole again, but not with these guys. I always think that a mark of a good company is how they deal with you when something has gone wrong, so I would not hesitate to use these again as they just want to make you happy.
I have no plans to go to any other outlet to buy biking stuff, so use with confidence, as if the worst happens - keep your receipt - and they will have you fixed up in an instant. Brilliant!
