Great experience

Great selection and prices.
I unfortunately had to cancel my order due to timing issues, and found the team super responsive and helpful. I will definitely order from this business again.

Wrong item image. Poor delivery exp.

The item purchased from me (pair of Sacrpa shoes) had misleading picture on the website. So wrong color was purcahsed by mistake.
Despite the announced delivery period, I was advised that the delivery will delay with a week (I was informed after the purchase, of course). Then it took additional week to deal with the local delivery company just because my phone numer was not put on the parcel. The box arrived in terrible condition too. So quite poor experince for me at least.
P.S.
"Regarding the colour, there was no incorrect item sent, but we understand that the visual impression can differ from expectations." - I believe you still don't understand that you have incorrect image uploaded on your website. You have literally the same shoe image (black) on TWO PLACES - on the black version and on the OLIVE version. It is not about impressions and expectations. Your customers need to read the text and only then they will see that it says Dark Olive. And yes - the rest of the internet stores got it right so I know the difference.

We are sorry that your order experience was disappointing. The delivery time for the size ordered was already stated as 7–9 business days on our website at the time of purchase. Your order was placed on 15 April, shipped on 25 April and delivered on 7 May. We understand that the overall delivery took too long in this case, especially as there were also additional delays with the local delivery company.

We also regret that the parcel arrived in poor condition. Unfortunately, damage that occurs during transport is outside our direct control. Regarding the colour, there was no incorrect item sent, but we understand that the visual impression can differ from expectations. We are sorry that this resulted in a poor overall experience for you.

Defective sneakers from sportfits.eu

On March 29th, I placed an order on sportfits.eu, order number SF1409896. I received my order on April 15th, 2026. The men's sneakers turned out to be defective, in different sizes. I immediately reported this to their customer service and sent all the necessary photos and a description of the problem. A month has passed, but they have not responded. I have already contacted customer support three times and each time received the standard automated response asking for photos and a description of the problem. When will they consider my complaint?! I don't want to keep these sneakers because they are unwearable! And I have to pay for shipping them myself! It's not my fault that the employees sent a defective product! Answer me! Or why did they give you a quality mark?

They're even making fun of me! I've sent you photos of the defective shoes you sent me twice. Can you tell me where I can send you the photos again?

We are sorry that your complaint has not yet been resolved. According to our records, we have answerde and asked several times for the photos required to assess the defect, but we did not receive the necessary images of the shoes, the defect and the inner label. Without these, we were unfortunately unable to continue the complaint process.

You are still very welcome to send us the required photos so that we can continue processing your complaint. As soon as the necessary images are available, the next step would normally be to provide a free return label so the item can be inspected properly. We are sorry for the frustration this has caused.

Very good shopping experience
