Agree with the other reviews, this company is a scam. They reject your impressions saying they are "unusable" for whatever reason, only to say you have to buy more products to redo them. We did impressions twice and each time there was something wrong with them even though they looked the same. Save your money on a more reputable company or better yet, go to your dentist!

I’ve ordered retainers from SportingSmiles twice now, and both times have been a great experience. The process is super easy—just take your impressions at home, send them back, and within a couple of weeks you get custom retainers that fit perfectly. Honestly, the quality is just like what I used to get from my dentist, but for way less money.

I’ve saved a lot by going through SportingSmiles instead of making an appointment and paying dental office prices. Plus, their customer service is responsive and helpful if you have any questions. I’ll definitely keep coming back for future replacements. Highly recommend!

The AMAZING customer service. They always get back with me the next business day. I had a retainer that cracked and they were able to replace it that one also cracked and they made the second one a little bit stronger and durable and it fits perfectly. I hadn’t had any issues with it so I would definitely be using them again in the future I’ve been using them for few few months now so I recommend anybody if they need any retainers definitely go to sporting smiles thank you sporting smiles.

My experience has been great so far in several ways that go beyond the retainer itself! The team has been very easy to communicate with as they rapidly respond to emails. I feel very supported as a result. My dentist even recommended I try the retainer!

I already had my dental molds and needed a new retainer. After searching online, SportingSmiles was one of the few places that could make retainers from an existing mold. I placed an order, and they sent me a label to ship them in. It took about a week to make the retainers and just a couple of days for shipping. The fit is perfect, and the material looks identical to what I got from my dentist. Best of all, I saved $400 compared to what my orthodontist quoted.

Customer service was VERY friendly and efficient! I should have sent digital copies of my daughter's teeth a long time ago, instead of wasting everyone's time on doing the impressions at home myself. If you have the digital scans send those in and save yourself A TON of time! I am extremely happy with the outcome!

The company is willing to work with me provided that I share the digital files with them (impressions do not seem to be working for me). Once I send in the digital scans I will update my review again. I am hopeful for a positive outcome.

I have done around three impressions because they were NEVER usable according to them. I am cutting off any future subscriptions. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. You will be wasting your money on never ending impressions. Just go to the orthodontist and have it done right. I am reporting this company to my bank for fraud as they never sent the product that I paid for. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

Deffinetely a scam. Spent over 250€ for a custom mouthguard and retainers, they send me retainers with the wrong teethimpression and mouthguard that Cuts into my gum and is not Customized. Then they refused to refund me and ingored my attempts to clear the problem with Paypal customer Service. Please dont be as stupid as me and warte your money

I used Sporting Smiles to get a replacement retainer after my original one from my orthodontist broke. My orthodontist was charging $250 per retainer, so I started searching for a more affordable option. I still had the original impression from when my braces came off, taken when my teeth were perfectly aligned, so I wanted to reuse that instead of making a new one, especially since I had gone a few weeks without wearing a retainer.

Sporting Smiles was the only company I found that allowed me to send in my own mold. After purchasing, they sent me a prepaid mailing slip. I just picked up a padded envelope from Walmart and dropped it off at my local USPS. About two weeks later, I had my new retainer. Even better, they keep my mold on file, so I don’t need to send it again if I ever need a replacement in the future.

One thing I will say: take good care of your retainer. If you bend it, it can break. But the quality and customer service from Sporting Smiles is fantastic. Evan, the rep I worked with, was super helpful and always responded within a few hours or by the next day.

The customer service at Sporting smiles has been so helpful and worked with me through several impressions to get the right one. they sent out a new impression kit, and offered to do the cut out which mine needed, all without extra charge. I will certainly recommend sporting smiles. Ive had other brands, but this one now fits the best

I recently ordered clear retainers from SportingSmiles and had a great experience. The ordering process was really easy to follow, even for someone who had never done it before. They sent me an impression kit with clear instructions, and I was able to make my molds at home without any problems. I mailed them back and got updates throughout the whole process. My retainers arrived faster than I expected, and they fit perfectly. They are super comfortable and almost invisible, which I really like. The price was way better than what my dentist was going to charge. I would definitely order from SportingSmiles again and recommend them to anyone who needs retainers.

Received my impression kit. Took impressions of uppers and lowers and sent them photos as suggested. Re did the lowers as per instructions. Received final go-ahead based on photos returned. Then 5 days later got an email from them they couldn't use the impressions despite having oked them.

They said they'd send me one more kit on request, but if this didn't work out, there would be no more kits mailed out. So much for their "satisfaction guaranty".

These people are scamsters. About to just write off what I paid them and the time and aggravation to just go to the dentist.

Sent me the wrong item twice. First was someone else's retainer. This time, I received an impression kit instead of my upper retainer (impression kit was already done). The email clearly shows a top retainer was to be delivered. That was 3 weeks ago. I have emailed their customer service multiple times, no response even though their website says 24-48 hours for email response. I have called their customer service line multiple times and no one is answering and their mailbox is full so I cannot leave a voicemail. I am going to be the better business bureau at this point.

I tried to get an impression so many times and it kept getting rejecting. It's $10 extra for every impression kit. I tried so many times, and I just ended up asking for a refund and there is a $20~30 charge to get a refund. You also have to return all the used impression kits and rejected molds to them before they start processing the refund. I don't recommend sporting smiles.

I have had my old retainers for over a decade, so I was looking forward to a new set.
I went through 8 combined molds to get 2 different sets of retainers, with none of them fitting properly. I am beyond disappointed and furious. The last set didn't even sit on my teeth properly, and I made sure to follow all of the instructions and videos as best as I could.
I wore the better fitting set overnight. In the morning, my teeth were still sore and my old retainer (which again, I've worn for a decade) did not fit properly. I don't know what they did, but they did not deliver. And now I'm being charged $20 for what was advertised as "100% satisfaction guaranteed" (the fee is in the fine print). This process took 4 months, wasted several days of back-and-forth, making multiple molds after wearing my retainer, and now $20. If you have had and have worn a retainer, save yourself and don't use them.

I was wearing my old broken night guard way to long, because I didn’t want to get another one at the $500 my dentist charged me last time. Sporting Smiles had good reviews and like that you could actually talk to someone. Did mess up the impression, but was sent extra supplies for free. Night guard fits perfectly and saved $400. Very happy

My Invisalign retainer wore out I put getting them off due to price but sports miles was the cheapest option with my wore out it also caused a foul odor that did not go away from washing them it may caused my gut digestion system to be upset. The new ones are fitting perfect and that odor is now gone boosting my confidence
