I was able to repair my Zefal floor pump (after 40+ years the hose developed a crack). The replacement part fit perfectly and the pump is now back in business. The price of the repair part was reasonable, and delivery was quick.

The price of the Meindl hiking boots from Sport is Good was reasonable. I ordered these from SIG as the Meindl’s were the best hiking shoes I had ever had and I could not obtain these from a US distributor. This was the first time I had ever purchased anything internationally and unfortunately I ordered the wrong size due to variations in size conversion charts. I realized this a couple days after ordering and contacted SIG who responded in a timely manner. They had already shipped them and advised that I just not accept the package which would be returned. Despite me not signing for the package it was delivered on my porch so I took it to Fed Ex however they refused to return the package hence I am stuck with the oversized boots.
Communication was excellent and shipping was only several days which was excellent considering these came from France.
Upon examining the Meindl Nebraska Mid GTX boots I ordered I also noticed a slight separation between the sole and leather upper near a seam in the front left toe area. While it is less than 1/2” long it will certainly get larger with wear and will require some repair. For boots that set me back nearly $200 there should be no defect whatsoever. Generally speaking these boots do not seem to be of the same quality as the Cabelas/Meindls I bought many years ago.
The lesson learned by me is to not order anything internationally unless you are absolutely certain you have exactly the item and size you want as processing a return is virtually impossible.

Ordered a seat for MT09 confirmed by email then nothing then a message to say the parcel had to be secured because of packaging issues then an email to confirm that import taxes were due. Please be aware of Brexit tax and add this to final price and also the 6 weeks for delivery. Worst online experience so far.
