I appreciate that you carried the style and size of a Saucony shoe I had been looking for for months. No one else had it. One day I received a Google alert that you had the shoe in stock. I went to the site, purchased the shoe at a good price and then figured it would be a couple of weeks before the shoe arrived from overseas. However, the shoes arrived in three or four days, so I was really pleased with the expedited service.

Paid 40 EUROS ourselves to return item
We received the wrong item. When we contacted sportisgood to return it, they just ignored the emails and didn't reply. Luckily we had paid with PayPal and Paypal paid us back. But we paid 40 EUROS !!! from our own pocket to send back the parcel. Apparently it is in their terms and conditions: to return a wrong item you pay yourself. What a disgraceful company. I'm surprised they're allowed to operate as a company.
Be mindful with this company: only pay with PayPal for example, and pray that you receive the correct items.
