Organised a group trip to Madrid to watch Real Madrid play and Sport Links were brilliant. Always got back to me via email, set everything up that we needed so all ran smoothly. David and Derek were fantastic.

I booked through Sports Links Travel for a 50th birthday trip to Cape Town to watch the HSBC 7s at the DHL stadium with four friends.
David arranged everything. Flights, transfers, tickets for both days and accommodation.
The accommodation was fantastic. Top quality and b&b for all four nights. The location of it was perfect too. A two minute walks to theV&A Waterfront and five minutes from the stadium. Perfect.
Communication was great, I was kept updated and all flight details, accommodation and transfer details were sent in a timely manner.
Trevor, David contact in Cape Town also contacted me daily to make sure we were all good and offered to meet up to give advise on activities.
All in all a fantastic experience arranged in a very detailed and professional way.

The tour was tailor made to my requirements. The arrangements, flights, hotels and tours were delivered efficiently at a fair price. David and Derek are highly experienced and personable travel operators. Derek leads the tours on location and ensures any issues are quickly resolved. He shares recommendations on things to do whether that be an optional tour or decent bars and restaurants. Nothing is ever too much trouble. I had travelled with them before and hope to do so again.

I have been on several cricket tours around the world with Sport links travel. They are a small tour company which is an asset because you are treated to an intimate group of like minded people with a common interest. Your holiday can be tailored to suit your requirements.

I know it’s often said that a particular trip was the holiday of a lifetime. For me, the sports tour of New Zealand really was. What an amazing country! What fantastic people! I loved the fact that Sports Links Travel put together an itinerary to meet my particular needs and requirements. They were responsive to my requests and organised a series of experiences in Queenstown in addition to the main itinerary which was, of course, the three test matches. The New Zealand grass bank grounds were a real treat. On top of this, the visit to Napier was fabulous, as was Hobbiton. It was good to meet fellow travellers and also to have Derek with us, leading the tour without fuss but with attention to detail. I’m not sure what could top this - hopefully I’ll be there on future trips. Thanks for a brilliant time.

My trip to follow the cricket in New Zealand for 4 weeks was wonderful. The personalised touch is the most important point of difference using this company rather than any of the bigger ones. Groups of 30/40 are much more inclusive and friendly than the huge touring parties. Everything is organised very professionally but still offering a sense of freedom and it was possible to tailor any part of the tour to my personal requirements. The benefits of having such an experienced tour manager as Derek with you cannot be underestimated. Highly recommended for future tours.

Have just returned from the Cape Town sevens with a party of six. Spent five days in Cape Town and then a couple of extra nights in Stellenbosch. First time that we have used Sport Links Travel and it couldn’t have gone better. Many thanks to David and the rest of the team for putting together a great package which went like clockwork from start to finish.

Also great to have the comfort of the local representation just in case assistance is required, but as everything was so well organised the local support was appreciated but not required.

Accomodation and transfers were perfect and I would highly recommend.
