Getting 3 seats together was key for us. Although price for Anfield tickets are expensive, it was worth it knowing we had decent seats together. Sports Tickets Office delivered on their promise and their communication was excellent all the way through.

I bought 3 tickets in the VIP + Premium category on sportticketsoffice.com and received the cheapest one in category 1 in the 88th row at the very top, just under the roof.

Right after receiving the tickets, i.e. 1 day before the match, I asked what happened. That it was probably a mistake because I flew to the match from another country. 0 information and 0 replies. I filed a complaint immediately after the match. I wrote 3 times and it was only after the 5th e-mail 4 weeks later that someone finally replied, explaining that even though I bought 3 tickets in the same VIP + Premium category, they didn't actually have 3 tickets and we would have to be scattered all over the stadium, so they gave us the ones they had together.

When buying tickets, I specifically chose the more expensive ones so that they would be available in total 3. Be careful because it may turn out that sportticketsoffice.com does not have the tickets it is selling to you or will give you 2x or 3x cheaper ones. My complaint was not accepted even though I asked for a refund of the difference in price between the tickets I purchased and the ones I received.

5 weeks after my first complain they proposed me about 60% of amount I wanted back. But they couldn’t return me it in a cash but only in a new tickets for a match I would choose.
I agreed and get very nice tickets for a new expirience that I discover today.

Update 2 for the game Arsenal vs. Tottenham :
Several weeks have now passed in which absolutely nothing has happened. Although it is clearly documented and proven that these are fraudsters, Trustpilot is not putting a stop to it. You from Trustpilot should read through the congruent negative experience reports, the customers are not making this up!!! Since Trustpilot allows this company to operate as a unit, customers are being cheated again and again, so Trustpilot is clearly partly to blame here.If paypal buyer protection had not taken effect and exerted pressure, we would have waited even longer.
Today we finally got our money back after 4 months (2120 €). This required countless emails to PayPal and the provider.

If you can, do not use this supplier for your own protection. It is clear, as many negative reviews prove, that he has found a way around Trustpilot to get all these positive feedbacks. If possible, it is better to pay more and get guaranteed tickets than to stand in front of the stadium and worry, only to be told that the tickets have already been sold elsewhere or that you won't get any tickets at all, even though the supplier has been informed that you are traveling several hundred kilometers from abroad.

A little nervious for receiving the tickets just 1 day before the match but I was all as adviced previously.

Very helpful quick replies got the tickets thought it might be a scam after the reviews but was very happy when I got the tickets (bought them 3 hours before kick off and received them within the hour)

Legit website! Got a really good deal on suite tickets. Received the tickets day of game but Robert was quick with email responses and even made sure we got in the stadium without issues. Buy your tickets through them and you will have a great experience.

NIGHTMARE! Purchased two tickets to the Liverpool VS Arsenal (Anfield game). Was denied entry at the barrier, spoke with ground staff who told me tickets have already been scanned. Clearly they sold me tickets who have already been sold or used by the membership holder! Contacted bank for refund. Can’t believe I was tricked to believing this company was genuine!! Traveller 3 hours for the game, fuel wasted, time wasted, 2023 ended a bad way!

For a first time user, I was extremely apprehensive as it was a lot of money to me and I had recently been scammed by another company. I had read the reviews about it being a bit nail biting waiting for the tickets as they could be last-minute
However, they came 2 days before the match electronically. Absolutely no problem getting into the "500" club at Manchester Utd and a great experience was had. Would use this company again.

Sport Tickets Office offered us the opportunity to visit Everton and we were very happy with that. The price of the tickets was a bit high, but the rest was perfect. The communication was good, reaction on a question of mine was quick, and tickets were delivered by e-mail a few days before the game.

Bought tickets to Villa vs Arsenal. Got 3 tickets seated next to each other. Faultless service, tickets arrived to hotel on time and plenty of communication throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend and would definitely use again.

Just really, really good: responsive whenever I dropped them an email, great seats at the match, and really courteous (even checking I’d been able to get into the stadium and find my allocated seats).
