Ordered one shirt on July 3rd with expected delivery by July 21. Have emailed them multiple times and only gotten one response. Shirt has never arrived a month after anticipated date, completely missing the event i got it for. Had to have the charge reversed by my credit card as Teespring/Spring would not answer my emails. "Chat" option on website was circular reference that did not lead to ability to chat with anyone.
Edit after Spring chat bot replied: hilarious that after literally not answering any emails, they now want me to reach out via email "to make this right"

If I could give 0 stars I would! Ive been a spring creator for years and my last payout took over six months to arrive, I finally pulled all products. 6 months of BS lies and generic replies. Someone needs to file a class action.

I ordered a sticker on July 7th. It's now August 18th. They provided me a tracking number for it a few days after I reached out about the status of my order in July (this isn't my first go-around with Spring), and these morons told me that it's shipped, they give me a tracking number, but, and here's the kicker - IT WAS FOR A NON-TRACK STANDARD MAILING SERVICE FOR DELIVERY THAT SPRING USES. How the hell am I, or even Spring, supposed to track this thing? What company in 2025 is shipping things that, for whatever reason, gives you a tracking number for a package you can't track?
EDIT:
Oh good, their useless bot chimed in. That'll do nothing to resolve my issue, because I have emailed fanhelp before, a few times actually, and nothing ever happens.

Terrible!
Creator payments not made. Constant circle of automated replies with the same excuses that they have moved systems. Even more concerning, having searched for more information online these are the same messages used when they ‘changed systems’ in 2022. Customer service by bot that is constantly off-line and generic apologies.
At the end of my tether now and posting this with no expectation other than to receive anything other than their bot replies to other creators on here - telling me to email the creator email account. Let’s see what happens!

After spending a large chunk of money on what was to be a gift, I waited far past the estimated delivery date before requesting an update. Figuring a delayed order would be fine (since I ordered with plenty of time before the items were needed) I wasn't too worried at first. Well, after sending 5 emails (which come with an automated "we will get back to you within 24 business hours" reply), attempting live chat through the website, and still not connecting with anyone I contacted my bank for a refund. The bank took little time to approve the refund and let me know that this company is well known for being untrustworthy.
The kicker was having someone email me back weeks after my bank approved the refund to give me a generic reply as well as tracking information for my items. Turns out the items were shipped but are marked as undeliverable/no address, and were returned back at their warehouse. What a joke.

Edited to add: Wow, that was a quick reply. Seems like publicly you care about your reputation. I already tried to resolve the issue privately by sharing order numbers. It was not successful. Best of luck. If I could rate less than 1 star I would. We used Spring to provide the merchandise from our company to customers and many people have reached out to say they didn't receive their order. They also didn't hear back from Spring about their request for more info or a refund. Our company reached out to them 7-10 times over 2 weeks and didn't hear back from them. Their 'business hours' are 9 am - 5 pm EST but their chat bot is never online. We finally got a hold of them and they couldn't look into customer orders due to 'privacy reasons.' We're severing ties with them because it's clearly a scam. They should be embarrassed.

Did not receive any info on my order even after my credit card was charged. Learned later that the company was overwhelmed with a huge backload. Danimae responded and made sure I got my order.
first delivery was broken, they re-printed and shipped a replacement which looks great
If I could give zero stars... Complete scam. Charged me for my order and then never processed or printed the item I ordered in 2 months. Trying to contact support/help felt like it was made to be difficult on purpose. When contacting them about a refund the chat "agent" offered no real information - just came at me with "I've made a cancellation request and will email you to notify you IF it goes through at which point a refund will be issued". Then they said if the company processed and shipped BEFORE the cancellation request went through then they wouldn't be able to provide a refund. They wouldn't tell me a time estimate for the cancellation confirmation to go through - not wanting to set "false expectations". So, at this point, they have my money and I've got squat.
AND... as you can see from their automatic reply below the company says I can contact them directly without adding contact information or any specific way to do so.

Edit #2: If you notice in this review, a company rep replied to me and told me to contact them. It's been a month and they're still ignoring me! Good job Teespring!
Ordered expensive sweater in mid June for brother's birthday (which happened a month ago) and I really wanted to support the artist who's design was on said sweater. Teespring said the order was currently in production on June 22nd and that it would arrive by July 5th. Currently August 3rd and the sweater still hasn't even been shipped NOR has it even been finished being produced. Messaged them around the 10th of July and after days of waiting for a response they said that there were slight production delays and that it would be updated very soon. A month later and still no update or change. Can't refund because I used a pre-paid card so now I'm forced to pray to god that, by the grace of god, they do eventually ship what I paid good money for.

Requested a payout and after weeks of not receiving payment I attempted to contact customer support. Only to be mislead that a rep would be with me in 4-5mins for 4 hours when it then changed to 14-30 days!! I opted to email them and only receive a response that somone will contact me in 24 hours. Which never happens. They still haven’t my money, and you can’t contact anyone.

After over 2 months of waiting for a shirt I ordered, I reached out to see what was taking so long. Teespring has no actual way to email them directly - you have to request an email response from their AI chatbot. This email response is stated to arrive within 24 hours. Mine never came.
This is patently absurd. If you can't make the shirt, don't let people buy it. Don't rely on AI as your site's only customer support. This is how you run your business to the ground, angering everyone involved in the process.
EDIT 8/17: Several weeks after requesting a refund through PayPal, the shirt I no longer want has suddenly shipped, to the address I no longer live at.

Order shirts on June 9. Reached out and asked about delivery on June 25, received a canned answer that they give everyone. Working on it. July 31, still no answer and now they've ghosted me. Can't get my shirts, can't get my $70. Sure smells like a scam when they ignore requests for communication after they get your money.

This is easily the worst customer experience that I’ve had with any company I’ve done business with. It took forever for Amaze/Spring to ship my order, and when it arrived the order was not complete. After chatting/emailing back and forth for over a month with their apparently no well trained customer service, I never received the rest of my order, so I asked to cancel the rest of my order and to refund the difference. They did cancel the rest of my order and promised to refund the difference but have not done so nearly a month after promising to do so. And have not answered my chats and emails since. Their customer service awful, and I’m being kind.

Having the same problems with order fullfillment as others. Ordered a t-shirt, supposed to be here July 3, credit card charged, it's still in printing. Sent an email to support, no reply last week.

They write comments here like they car but they do not care. They take your money and do nothing. AVOID this company!

I ordered a few items and it said it would be delivered within 10 days . It’s still stuck in printing , far from the date expected . Customer service is not real people . I waited to talk to a rep via live chat and it had me listed as “next in line “ for several hours until they randomly emailed me an automated script of the chat that just showed a bot saying I would be next . I don’t know how to get my money back and I already emailed them to try and still have not heard back. I know they will have an automated response to this to reach out to their fans email, but I already did that .

Placed order on June 2nd. Tracking says it's been "printing" since June 4th.
I sent in a support ticket last week on the 15th, auto reply said I'd receive a response with 24 business hours, but have yet to receive any updates.

Don't order from them. Your order will be "in production" forever. This means they take your money but the status of your order never advances. Try the live chat and nobody comes on (for hours). If someone would answer I'd just like to know when it would be done. But they won't give refunds either once it's 'in production'. I have gone through my bank, thank goodness, even though it's on a debit card, they will let you dispute the charge. From Spring there are only 'bot' answers as it appears no one works there. Zero customer service!!!!! They deserve to go bankrupt.

I placed an order in May 2025, and I got delivery date beginning the June. The order was not completed and evermore none contacted me about delays. Now two months later that still cannot cancel my order and didn't refund the payment. The worst online shopping experience I've ever had.
