I had an urgent deadline …
I had an urgent deadline for a large quantity of backing paper and other supplies. The colours were great, the rolls were long, and the display boards really popped at our events.
Quick delivery. Very reliable, even though I ordered across a bank holiday weekend.
I would highly recommend this company.

I've tracked your order and can see that it was dispatched on the same day that the order was placed with DPD on a next day service however it appears that due to internal delays within DPD this was held at the depot. I can see that the item has now been delivered.

I ordered a craft felt butterfly kit…
I ordered a craft felt butterfly kit and I was kept on loop with regards to shipping and delivery.
When the kit arrived, I was shocked to find it was felt fish !!!
I almost regretted having chosen Springboard Suppliers whom I had never used before.
I decided to call and this is where the good news began.
Susan immediately understood my disappointment and without a fuss, she sorted out the shipment of the correct kit. What is more, she said I could keep the fish kit. The butterflies kit was dispatched immediately and I received it the next day.
