Poor customer service & delivery
I made a consistent order that arrived in a damaged box where anything could have easily missed and when I contacted the customer support to ask why they charged extra 11 pounds, since I live in UK and the company is from UK, they replied it is VAT applicable to all in UK in a sarcastic manner, although there was no place om their website to say the prices exclude VAT.
Would not reccomend.
