The best service I have received in this type of company. Communication with the office was quick and clear. The crew who came to deliver a very big games table took it down a flight of stairs with no problem. Set it up and cleared everything. Very friendly and professional.

Needed a company to deliver and build a sideboard and dining table for our client’s son in his new London apartment. Springbox were recommended to us by a supplier. Katy organised everything quickly and efficiently and understood exactly what we needed. Springbox were even able to hang artwork for us, which was fine beautifully and without fuss.

Highly recommended and I will be using their service again.

I couldn’t recommend highly enough from start to finish. Job entailed receiving a consignment of furniture and dressing items for an interiors job for a 7 room Harley Street Clinic. Receiving delivery and then delivering and installing the complete job. It was a full days work, the guys on the day were professional yet friendly and personable, they did everything to precision and with a smile, unpacking around 100 boxes, positioning pieces of furniture, hanging artwork mirrors and various wall hanging pieces. Attention to detail was obvious, and willingness to go above and beyond.
Great team and a great job done without one single hitch! Would highly recommend as a first class service!! Thanks Springbox, I look forward to working with you again. :)

Great service - Can highly recommend.

We used Springbox for packing, removals, and storage, and I'm incredibly satisfied with the service. Not only was Springbox's quote significantly lower than other London companies, but customer service was responsive, and the three gents who helped us move were friendly and helpful throughout - even down to advising us on what could be done to reduce the amount of storage containers we'd need. I'll be using the company again, and recommending others do so too.

For the last two weeks I've been trying to use storage services provided by this company while being constantly 'dodged' by the customer support team. After a fair amount of calls (6) and emails (3), I didn't get any paperwork to confirm that a storage is booked and that the team is ready to accept the upcoming shipment. Everything has been confirmed only over the phone and given the amount and value of the shipment, there is no way I can trust the company without a proper written confirmation. What was consistently suggested by Springbox employees over the phone: 'just send it to us, we will receive your shipment'.

At the end, I was urged to look for another storing solution last minute and pay huge amending fees to transportation company for changing our destination address. Despite all the positive feedback I saw on Google Maps, I personally do not recommend using services of this company.

Consider avoiding the company if you don't want to spend hours on the phone or writing dozens of emails.

Kyle and his team have been amazing for our recent move. They were flexible with last minute changes / additions and came prepared with extra boxes and tapes. We felt very comfortable for his team to move our items by themselves and they always kept us up to date. The team was pleasant, courteous and friendly from quoting to the end. It is by far one of the best experiences we’ve had with a removal company. I would highly recommend them!

Spring Box were excellent, I would highly recommend then. They arrived within the slot they suggested and took what was a very tricky job in their stride. They took furniture apart where needed without fuss or hesitation and were extremely professional throughout.
