We took delivery of our 2 Annabelle 2.5 seater settees a month ago and couldn’t be more pleased with them. The whole purchase and delivery experience was straightforward and problem free. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Springvale Leather to anyone.

Samples came very quickly. Have not made up my mind yet but impressed with service so far.

Jodie and the team were so helpful, you get a really personalised service and a beautiful sofa either in a standard size or made to measure. Our sofa is modular which meant we could get a larger corner unit upstairs. It’s stunning and excellent quality from a fantastic family run business. Absolutely amazing, from beginning to end! The customer service is like no other - super polite, very helpful, you're made to feel very welcome and they will do anything they can to help/advise/get you what you need! I needed a chair to support my back, it was a difficult choice because there were so many beautiful chairs to choose from, although not one quite fully fit the bill - no problem for them - they literally mixed and matched 2 different chairs and then changed the height of the arms and pivot on the back to meet my needs - honestly, nothing was too much trouble! They even invited me in to try it before it was fully finished, to check I was happy with it, we established that the seat cushion was too high, no problem - they changed the cushion! Honestly, you won't get a better service! The whole family felt very welcome, they were so kind and lovely to my daughter as well (who was getting bored!). The chair is so beautiful and super comfy. Great quality, great service, even the guys who delivered it were lovely - we won't be going anywhere else now for our sofas/chairs!

I saw an advert for Springvale Leather a few years ago and fell in love with the Kingston sofa design. Covid put a long delay to our plans, but we recently made the trip north to the showroom and ordered our sofas. This is truly a family business and we felt so welcome. We loved that they custom build the sofa to your specs without huge additional charges and are so happy with our new sofas, I couldn't recommend them more highly

Purchased a leather wingback chair. Absolutely gorgeous and just what I was looking for. The sales woman was lovely throughout. They let me kept my chair in their storage until I was ready to moved in my new house. Had the chair for 8 months now and it's just a great chair. Very high quality would highly recommend. Excellent service from start to finish.

Received our sofa bed yesterday. We ordered a 4 seater with the bed inside and we are so pleased with it . It’s stunning! From the beginning to the end the staff were so helpful and couldn’t do enough for us . Working away they went that extra mile and delivered it yesterday. Would definitely recommend to anyone 😊

From placing our order back in October 2023 to delivery on the 26th April 2024 our experience with Springvale Furniture has been exceptional, all the staff are friendly and knowledgeable giving the best advise on which leather to have and the design of the suite, you can have it made to your own specifications too. I can highly recommend this company to anyone thinking of having a new leather sofa, all handmade by craftsmen with many years experience, leather & material is of a very high quality, I will definitely buy from them again.

We purchased two leather chesterfields from Springvale. It took a few visits to be sure of our choice before we ordered. On each visit the staff were extremely helpful and knowledgable. The sofa was made within the timeframe explained when ordering and delivered on time and with care. A care guide card and warranty card came with the sofa too.
We love our chesterfields they are gorgeous and smell so nice! You can see a lot of care and attention has been taken when making them. The whole process from start to finish was faultless.

I have used Springvale leather for my last 2 leather suites , the first one was about 13 years ago and it is still looking nice. Purchased another 2 years ago and I would not go anywhere else. Staff are fantastic, very helpful and most of all friendly. Just had one of my original recliner chair recovered to match my latest suite and they have done a fantastic job . Dealt with Jodie from the beginning, so helpful and now her daughter also . Wouldn’t go anywhere else .

From our first contact whilst visiting the showroom to taking delivery of our new suite the customer service was second to none. The suite we ordered was bespoke and made to fit the room perfectly, a service a lot of furniture suppliers do not offer. The quality of the leather, workmanship and attention to detail was above all expectation. If you are looking for real hand made quality furniture then this is the place for you.

We bought two 3 seater settees from this local company as we try to spend our money locally to keep people in jobs , after only a few days we did actually have a problem as there appeared to be excess leather , I called into the store to show them photos & they immediately agreed , they altered them promptly & the replacements appear spot on , they didn’t hesitate to remind us to contact them if we have any future problems. Fabulous customer service which wouldn’t be replicated from a chain store ! We recommend them , it’s important to give excellent customer service when a customer isn’t happy .
