Incredible customer service from the beginning to end, Matt took care of us so well from organising our requests for various fabric samples, to the ordering and making sure everything went well with delivery. Extremely happy with our Hay Quilton Sofa and will be back in the future!

I ordered a Fabula Living rug through Cimmermann and the whole experience was great. I was contacted by Matt to let me know the rug will be delayed due to holidays. He contacted me a few times afterwards to notify me of the progress. I received the rug even before the approximate data I was given, and the quality and craftsmanship is amazing.

When I had a question about delivery times, I used the Chat feature — and instead of the usual bot, I was surprised (and impressed!) to find the actual owner of the company there to help. My order was dispatched promptly, and when there was a mishap with the courier, Matt sorted it out quickly from his end. A wonderful experience throughout.

Good comms good delivery

I was delighted to track down a Kartell mirror in Cimmermans. Matthew very kindly took my order. The mirror took a while to arrive from Italy. It was worth waiting for, we love it . All the time any communication was swiftly handled. I was very pleased with the service I received and I wish I lived nearer to Harrogate !
