From concept to completion we are 100% completely satisfied,

We don’t normally do reviews but thought that the cafe and attention we got I thought it would be a good idea.

From taking our phone call and welcoming us into their shop everyone we have spoken to was knowledgeable and cared.

We had a bespoke corner sofa and a bespoke slipper box which again was no trouble at all :)

We would highly recommend Spring Vale and thank-you again.

We went to Sprinvale who not only supplied us with a new sofa of beauty, excellent quality and the specification wanted but kindly lent us a sofa so we had something to sit on whilst the new one was made. The service from ordering to it being expertly delivered, the care and attention shown, was second to none and delivered by friendly helpful people to the timescale agreed.

From start of process to delivery Springvale staff were hospitable, helpful, and genuine in serving us. Great product from a great team.

They have been amazing from start to finish and the leather chesterfields we go look fantastic and feel like great quality. They were so helpful through the process, sent loads of different samples of leather. We had a very particular thing in mind and they nailed it. They offered to send photos during the rubbing off process so we could gauge how much we wanted. We did have a small issue with a button top coming off, they sent someone to repair it (Homeserve) and the guy remarked on what great sofas they are, and that it is very rare to have an issue with Springvale. Dont be fooled by the cheap stuff on the internet - if you want service and furniture that will outlast you then I would recommend them 100%. I don't normally leave reviews but I have been so please with them I felt I had to.

Received a sofa and club chair, excellent furniture made to my specifications I.e have spinal issues. Top quality
materials and workmanship. Wonderful experience from all staff I encountered who listened, advised and never pushed a sale. I could not be happier with the whole experience.

Love the different colours of leather that they use. They will send endless samples to help you match the leather to other furnishings. Wish I had found this company years ago!

We went to SpringVale after a recommendation from a friend. The staff were extremely helpful, informative and friendly. We received our two sofas this morning, they even delivered super early so we weren’t late for work!
Both sofas look fab and more importantly are really comfortable!
Would I recommend? Absolutely!

A dedicated team of professionals from their showroom in Rawtenstall through sincere helpful advice right through to brilliant quality workmanship and on time delivery. You will never have problems contacting Springvale to speak with the genuinely friendly staff.

Comprehensive choice available, staff very considerate and helpful. Suite was delivered within twelve weeks and we are delighted with it. The whole process from ordering to delivery was simple and straightforward, and the whole team enhanced our experience.

We bought 2 x 4 seater sofas a few months ago and are delighted with them. The quality and overall service is second to none. Unfortunately one the arms got accidentally damaged by visiting tradesman,but they came out to replace the arm for us. Wonderful service and great workmanship. My mum Maureen brereton received her suite this morning,Absolutely gorgeous, great quality and workmanship. Every detail of the design she chose was perfect,right down to the feet,as they changed them for her own perfect comfort as she is disabled. The family spoke to my mum all way through the process,very polite and up most respect for my mother's needs.we would definitely recommend to anyone ,as you will be helped through every choice and every design,and the best quality leather.

This afternoon we have taken delivery of our new sofa, chair and footstool ordered from Springvale 7 weeks ago. The look and quality of the furniture is excellent and we couldn’t be any more pleased with our choice. The complete experience from the service in the showroom to todays delivery has been first class. Definitely worth travelling from South Cheshire to visit the showroom and see the extensive range of sofas and chairs on display. The staff made sure we got exactly what we were looking for, a member of staff came over from the factory to discuss our specific requirements and everything has been made to the highest quality and specifications. We can highly recommend Springvale for quality of service and products.
