Transactions are processed almost immediately. I've had very few issues and when I did, they were handled expeditiously. Their customer support is outstanding. I highly recommend them.

I have personally been using Spritz since it was in beta. The team is exceptional, capable, and offering services that are changing the financial landscape.

If you aren't using Spritz, i highly recommend you give them a chance.

I’m about 99% certain this company stole my money. I added a few hundred to my card April 2025 and then shortly thereafter my funds were frozen and i’ve been given no timeline on a refund due to various vague reasons.

Ley got back very quick and was helpful to get issue resolved

spritz finance has out right stolen money from me they took 30 dollars of solana from me through the top up process never creditd it to my account and despite th fact that i have the screenshots and transaction hash showing it they act as if it doesnt exist they are liars and cheats i have involved law enforcement and my attorney do not trust these people stay far away

I'm unable to transfer funds using cryptocurrency, and even though I changed my linked email address, why are emails still being sent to the original email address?

Thought it was an interesting idea at first. They charge $2 for any off ramp transaction or top up to your card. That seemed okay at first until I had issues with the virtual card. Tried using spritz virtual card with tap to pay and was declined. Thought my balance was low so added more funds. Declined again. Have used the card at that store before so had no clue what was going on and didn't plan a backup for that situation. Fast forward to support the next day and they told me certain businesses or categories of goods aren't accepted. I was at the same store that I'd used the card at multiple before a few months ago and showed that to support. They said their accepted stores must have changed. Asked for any form of compensation including letting me send the crypto back to my wallet minus the top up fees or reduced fees for the next use since I had topped off multiple times trying to get it to scan. Completely ignored me and kept repeating that their are still funds on the card I can use and you can never send the crypto back. Didn't even want to offer me a $2 voucher for the next top up after that whole inconvenience. When you want to know what a company is like deal with their support.

This is a scam crypto company. They have frozen everyone funds for last 3 years and holding it hostage with no timeline of return. All the recent 5star reviews are fake and paid for. Don't believe any of it. Fraud spritz

I have been using Spritz for a couple of years and very happy with the services, ease of use and rates. It has made on and off ramping and bill payments from Crypto to US accounts one click seamless. Also Ley in the on line customer service chat who I have dealt with a lot is fast and excellent with any questions. I highly recommend it.
