I signed up what his account was told that my bones were put into my account. Then I was told that I had to make a transaction of any amount. I then went to off around crypto. It applied to 25 bones and said that I needed to pay $2 plus $2 gas fees, and I went to make a purchase, and I had $5 work of crypto scent to my wallet that's connected to this account. It did read my wallet. And when I try to make a purchase, it's telling me that I needed to have ten dollars and fifty seven in my account to make the transaction when the transaction is only supposed to be four dollars and I have five dollars in crypto, this had now went into a wallet now I have no idea what it is where it's at is connected to spritz account and wallet that they made without Michael said, without my knowledge, I did not make this wallet. I have nowhere getting my money out of the wall every time I try and send my money out it relates back to their app, stating the same thing that I need to have x amount of dollars in order to send money my money. So I'm paying $5 to send out $5. This is a scam app.I've been wasting my time, and now i'm out of my last five dollar that I had to my name.

I made a huge error on a rather large purchase of USDC. To make a long, complicated story short, Ley at Spritz support spent a couple of hours helping me fix my mistake. She was patient, polite, proactive, extremely knowledgeable and very competent. In short, I found my experience with Spritz support to be world class, best of breed and I highly recommend their services.

The app is no part of user friendly, and it doesn’t work right. Offload or loading funds is so slow, glitches, and sucks all the way around.

Misleading sign up bonus. Literally states load your spritz card with any amount of crypto recieve $25. It's a lie then in super fine print in their help center says bonus could vary. They paid nothing I only signed up for that reason deceptive behavior less than 1 star if I could.

I received an email from them about applying for a digital card to get $10 credit as a new UK customer, followed all the steps only to be told that the promotion had been removed for review and that I would receive information from them if I was still eligible... That was about a month ago and no bonus or communication, false advertising at its finest.

I was confused at first on how the sign up bonus worked, but the agents are real and live and very helpful, as well as quick to answer. I got my sign up bonus and I enjoy the layout of Spritz. I am a user of many different crypto platforms. I like the debit card/spend crypto anywhere integration. Will definitely be using spritz when my card arrives. Thank you Spritz and team!

Great idea and hope it improves. The help is slow. The app is a little useless so far compared to website. I signed up with two emails when I had trouble logging in and it has put everything on hold until admin can help which I’ve been waiting a while for.

Something changed with my Spritz website login. I couldn’t figure out why so I contacted Spritz support. They stayed with it: I received fast reply emails and until the problem was solved. This is a secure way to convert your crypto and use in our fiat world.

Well hard to really word a review. It failed during verification so I can get $25 for opening an acct. Only have 72 hrs to use it. Been 24 and still haven't heard a single word back from customer service besides check back later since 3 am yesterday morning

Scammers took $3000 from me and froze everyones account and emailing me everyday to add more funds to the card. I think all of the 5 star reviews are fake and paid for don't trust any of them. If you deposit any fund expect them to hold the money as hostage for 6months. Worst COMPANY EVER

Ive been using Spritz since 2022. never had an issue with payments not going through. my favorite is their customer service! i had an issue connecting one of my wallets and they respond so fast its great! plus i dealt with the same person each time so it feels more personable! highly recomend this service!!

I can absolutly agree with huge amount of spritz users that this is 100% scam service.

I will write in short my experiance with this scammers.

So i registered about year ago. I bought crypto using their service for more than 100$ and as a recipient wallet i chose my wallet in binance exchange. Binance blocked this transaction and i had to wait almost month for them to pass this transaction, because they wrote me that this payment comes from wallet which was used in scam activities...

I refered few friends (about 7-8) and i should recieve 25$ for each of them if they will buy more than 100$ crypto using their platform. My friends done it and after i think month i received referral rewards to my spritz account. I tried to pay out my referral rewards using their card because it was the only way but card was declined everywhere. I contacted support and they wrote me that they will fix it but they didn't. After about 1-2 weeks they blocked my account for no reason. I asked their support what is happening they wrote the same coppy paste message as i saw online received many users that they think there was fraudelent activity in my account and they will check it. From curiosity i checked now if my account is unblocked but after the year nothing changed. I asked them to give me any proof that i used spritz to any fraudulent behaviour and they replied that they won't do this, and then just sending me the same copy paste message.

This is information which i see since more than year after log in to my account "HODL UP

So to sum up:
- i waited month to my crypto because they send it from wallet which was used in fraudulent activity (binance support wrote me that)
- They stolen all my funds from wallet
- They blocked my account without any reason which can be confirmed
- Year later nothing change

Guys don't ever use this scam platform unless you want to lose money

If you're a crypto nerd like me Spritz is a must! This company is solid as they come. I off-ramp crypto to my bank account. I pay my bills with crypto directly. If you want to turn your crypto gains into funding your life then you must have Spritz! I have been using Spritz for over year now.

I have issues logging in via wallet and or email each month and it has caused me to have late payment and fees from creditors, Their support thinks I am lying when I tell them I dont get their OTP emails, mo and mo same crap, not ok!
