Quick, simple and easy
Quick, simple and extremely easy. Filled out my details online and they sent me out a pack to send off my phone. Phone was received the day after posting with processing and payment occurring on the same day. I got the price quoted online no hassle. Would definitely use again!

Hassle free, efficient and good communication
Was kept up to date with the process and sent reminder emails about the company not yet receiving my trade in device. They sent out the postage pack promptly, and it was an easy process from start to finish. Hardest part was transferring/backing up my data from trade in device. Received money same day they received and checked my old phone.

Damage claim a con
Phone was in good condition having been in a case and screen protector all its use. However once sent they Claimed the screen was ‘lifted’ whatever that meant and sent a low resolution image which showed nothing. I got my phone back (minus the box I sent it in and beat up). Getting full price elsewhere. Don’t advise.

All Squared . Brilliant Service.
The whole process of trading in my phone and claiming a promotional bonus went through seamlessly at each stage from completing claim, sending in old phone with free and tracked service to finally receiving payment to my bank account.
All this was completed promptly.
At my end there was a hiccup confirming that payment made at no fault to Square1 who sent me confirmation that payment had been made as promised and at the time stated.
I have great confidence from all this and would happily recommend and use this company again.
