What great service!
I moved away from a main dealer to have my car serviced here and couldn't be happier with their work. They communicated well keeping me updated with progress and were accurate with timescales and costs. Refreshing to see this and so unlike the main agent!

MGB Roadster MOT
We took our 1980 MGB roadster to SRG for its MOT. We liked the fact that our tester understood the MGB, and that it was not a modern car that could not be plugged into a computer for its test and needed to be treated as a classic car.
Much care was taken with our car to ensure it was thoroughly and properly checked to ensure it was tested properly whilst being considerate of its age and needs.
Would definitely return with my modern car for its MOT too.

Excellent local garage
Great to have a local garage that I can walk to, are reliable, professional and communicate really well.
They MOT and Service both our cars. If there is a repair needed they are very helpful and informative as to what the problem is and will show you the broken part with explanations. As a female customer this is not always what I've had from other garages in the past and is very much appreciated.

I'm not easily impressed but.........
I'm not easily impressed, but these chaps are the muts nuts. I had all four tyres changed on my 4x4 - not easy because they are extra heavy duty and weighty. Not the usual trolley jack across the tarmac to do one at a time - nope. On a proper lift with all wheels off and new valves, a balance and a rim clean up to ensure a good seal. The tyres were terrific value too and after covering 1000 miles since having them put on they offer good grip, they are quieter and the car doesn't hunt around on uneven surfaces anymore. All in all - very pleased with the tyres, very pleased with the service, very pleased with the price. You'll need to go some way to find a garage that beats these guys. Outstanding.
