Excellent service. Highly recommended, and the staff are genuine and helpful. My car failed it's MOT with a couple of major faults, and this garage manged to fix both faults the same day, and even loaned me one of their courtesy cars on the spot, so I could get to & from work that day. The total cost of repair was good too. First class!

quoted a price for repairs
quoted a price for repairs, had to call multiple times to get a status update. When i did get one they claimed that the vehicle had required a specialist and now said the bill was over five times the amount quoted.

Despite a quote of £115 on a comparison website they then quoted me nearly £206 and suggested a major service when only a full service was recommended by the main dealer? Car a year old done 8500miles

Our investigation shows the site in question used generic figures which were sadly very misleading to you and other members of the public. We have spoken to them and asked them to remove us and those prices from their site.
Their rates and service offer was wholly inaccurate and for this reason we could not honour such prices.

Excellent
I’ve been taking my car to this garage for a few years now and always get Excellent service at affordable prices.
I don’t really see the guys who actually work on my car, they’re always busy with their heads under a car, but they always do a great job. I do however see the fabulous Bec, the garages front lady. She’s a real credit to the company and always give 5* customer service. As a lady, I’m not very comfortable going to garages, and parking is stressful when there are lots of cars are parked 😆, But Bec greats you with a friendly smile and makes you feel comfortable and very welcomed.
