Treated Like A Criminal
My parcel was not delivered correctly and was left outside my house and was stolen through no fault of my own St95 would not do anything to help and I am £200 out of pocket they treated me like a criminal

We have checked with DPD and can confirm that the parcel was successfully delivered to the shipping address provided and signed for at that address. Unfortunately, once a parcel has been delivered and signed for, it becomes the responsibility of the recipient at the property.
We are sorry we were unable to assist further on this occasion.
