Bought a couple of of items from ST95 which were delivered within a couple of days. I had to return the jacket for a larger size but had asked for the wrong one on the return note. Lucy handled the return and subsequent exchange brilliantly - responding quickly and getting the exchange issued same day. Fantastic service!

Still waiting for my order to arrive a week after paying for it on an 1-2 day delivery and the funds leaving my account on the day I ordered my item .
Then received an email 5 days later asking for me to prove I paid for it by sending in a copy of my Bank statement, that I obviously declined to do as it stank of online Fraud.The site says I have paid in full so why they need a bank statement I don’t know ,never heard of this .Asked for a refund or my item to be sent ,still awaiting an answer on either
Today I will be asking my Card provider to begin complaint and refund procedure.
