Thank you very much for you reply, I am very excited to be getting my garden furniture in July. I was spoilt for choice with the collection that you have on your website. Unfortunately the one I wanted was out of stock but I am sure I will be just as pleased with the one I have chosen.

Glass part of table broke in box when delivered. Jacob had this sorted for me in a few days. Thanks Jacob :)

Ordered XXL white 8 seater garden furniture arrived within 2 weeks and love it.

Excellent customer service, tracking information provided and courier called me before to arrange a day and time for delivery.

I ordered two Ry Bedside tables and a Ry 6 drawer pack. We are very happy with the furniture. It is extremely good quality and looks lovely in a our bedroom. The packaging that it came in was good too. The only thing I would say is that delivery took much longer than promised even though item was in stock and communication to us was sometimes a little slow. I think Jacob was let down by his suppliers. But apart from that we are very happy with our purchase.

Ordered Barcelona range furniture item was delayed 3 days due to demand. Excellent communication all emails answered within 24 hours and some within minutes. Furniture was easy to build and looks great. I have ordered another set of the bedside tables as I love them.

Delivery was delayed but they responded swiftly to my emails. Products are fab, they look great and feel well put together

We maybe one of those customers where everything has gone wrong and as a result we haven’t had the best experience end to end. The delivery was late but we weren’t told until I chased it up. The delivery arrived without any notification so it was a surprise picking it up from our neighbours. Whilst we didn’t expect super quality for the price we paid, we were disappointed that the item arrived damaged. Some elements of the furniture the manufacturing glue is visible. We’re still waiting for a replacement part to arrive, although this has been ordered. It’s a nice piece of furniture just let down by the logistics and limited service that we received. I recognise that this is a new business and it might just be teething problems but honest feedback is essential to future improvement.

Overall the cabinet looks good where it is.

Beautiful well made furniture. I ordered the Barcelona black tall glass unit and sideboard. Love it so much we have ordered another.
The communication was amazing I had an issue that the tall unit was delivered without the sideboard, so I messaged them on FB and they sorted it out for me quickly and my sideboard was delivered. Really friendly and very helpful. Thank you

Was a little concerned ordering over the internet and not getting to see the furniture but after many emails we decided to purchase. Furniture arrived today we ordered Barcelona corner with chair and it's perfect came fully built and is just going be ace for summer. Thank you Jacob for sorting it out.

Incredible customer service - contacted them via email with some questions and had very quick replies. When there was a problem with my order (not even their fault!) they reached out straight away and gave me several very generous options. Fantastic communication and would definitely recommend!

I will review this item when I receive it. No reply from shop as to when it will be delivered. After a few glitches Jacob came up trumps. Furniture looks fabulous & thank you Jacob for all your help. Would definitely recommend this company

It took quite a while to get our order, just over two weeks and the tracking wasn’t very useful which is why I deducted a star. The product itself is very sturdy and good quality and the customer service, although sometimes a bit delayed with a response, were very friendly and helpful!

Excellent service (items not delivered yet just ordered). Prompt replies to my many emails asking for advice and website easy to navigate. Nothing too much trouble

Lovely set of drawers. Really easy to assemble.

Ordered on monday got it by Friday , was well impressed. Started putting together yesterday going to finish the last quarter off today. Its solid enough although could be a little deeper and higher backrest, but it was one of the cheaper ones so ya get what ya pay for. Probs try a more expensive one after using this one next year.
