Fantastic price, customer service and delivery
Originally told I was unable to get this cooker hood as no longer made. Was delighted to find this one on eBay and with the use of a voucher got substantial discount. Brilliant communication from this firm. Very nice polite phone call prior to shipping to confirm delivery address and to inform me of a very small mark on the outer casing. I appreciated their honesty but compared to the cooker hood it was replacing ( which was completely shot) that was insignificant to me.
It arrived 48 hours sooner than expected.
The hood is now installed, works and looks great .....and I've yet to find the above mentioned mark.

Freezer
On going into the shop looking for a new freezer i was welcomed by a lovely guy Darren he showed me what they had in stock and wasn't pushy he let me look around to decide if they had what I was looking for I found the one I wanted and the sale went through smoothly ,the product quality is outstanding and reasonable price,it was delivered a few days later as arranged it was delivered by 2 lovely guys Tom and calum ensuring it was delivered with care,unpacked removed all packaging and took my old freezer away,I was completely impressed with their professional customer service from start to finish definitely deserve a five star rating for the excellent customer service I would highly recommend this business great work by all the team well done

Extremely helpful in the shop. Guided me right in the direction in what i was looking for despite already having an idea. Recommended a decent size for my family and one that is a reputable brand. Made me feel extremely comfortable with asking questions and having no idea about washing machines due to not buying before. Delivery was quick. ordered yesterday and it’s here less than 24 hours later! Delivery men were absolutely lovely, couldn’t fault my experience at all. Will definitely be recommending friends and family in need of new appliances. Thank you :)
