Second delivery of oil from Staffordshire fuels and have nothing but praise for them. The cheapest I could find for delivery to my address and even delivered before the delivery date. An extremely pleasant gentleman who delivered it. Had a bad experience with a delivery of oil from another company who didn't deliver on the day they would and were extremely rude

A friendly and efficient service, would not use anyone else. Delivery is always as promised without any hassle.

Delivery attempted and the driver damaged the neighbours fence, hit a tree and damaged the tanker (the driver told me in his own words that he made an error when manoeuvring) Colleague called to say that we are deemed as a dangerous address and order cancelled, we have had oil deliveries for decades by another company ! DO NOT USE !!!!!!! This company deserve a ZERO star rating !!!!!

I live in a wood ,difficult to find ,normally, , but your lorry driver rang , I gave him directions which he followed & arrived safely , very polite man , good to see . & talk too. Very professional , in delivery , excellent. Thank you. Will definitely use you again.

No conformation of delivery date or time, didn't turn up on the booking date, called Stoke office was told it would be the next day. It didn't show called again was told order had been cancelled. Turned up two days late. Won't use them again. Update. Sent details no reply.

I ordered online and paid a few pound extra to get my oil delivered within a time period. It didn't arrive. I rang them up after the phone rang for a long time and it was obvious they didn't receive my order.
I then was promised a call back but didn't receive one only an email with a new delivery date. Again it failed to show. I emailed them and had a response that they had logistical issues and that it would be deliver in a few days time.
I tried calling and gave up after 10 minutes, so I emailed asking for a time but again no response. No offer of any discount for the inconvenience and don't think I'll use them again.

This was my first time using this company but they will be my regular supplier as the service was excellent.
The driver was most helpful and the cost during these inflated times was reasonable.

I paid on line, fuel not delivered by date, then after phone call gave me another date which was also not complied with. Young lady on the phone not particularly helpful with somewhat comeday goday attitude. I’m owed money back as didn’t need as much fuel as thought. Will be VERY interesting to see how easily I get it back !
