It’s been a over a year since the Kickstarter for the everyday ita bags have launched, and I still haven’t gotten my bag yet. The orders are apparently going out in order of size, but there are multiple people who bought 3+ bags who are getting their orders before I am, when I only got 2.

Seeing some pictures online, I do feel as though Stami’s communication was extremely lacking. The bags look nothing like the samples that we funded because Stami decided to make design decisions without updating or consulting the backers.

And then, the real kick in the face is Stami launching ANOTHER ita bag Kickstarter when there are still, what I’m assuming to be, hundreds, if not, thousands of people waiting on bags for the first Kickstarter. I understand that Stami is one person and that it’s a heavy workload, but it’s clear from this action that Stami is doing this repeatedly to herself as a cash grab.

Tl;dr - If you think something of Stami’s is cute, don’t support the Kickstarter. Go directly through the UK website where you are entitled to a refund if a product turns out defective (though I recommend spending your money on different small businesses). Best wishes.

Incredibly disappointed in this business. After a recent Kickstarer debacle (Everyday Interchangeable Ita Bag) not only has this business owner sent a defective product, they have also refunded high profile influencers, but not customers who don't have a platform.

Personally, I think I got off better than most. Some of my bag panels are not aligned, but some are. However this does not erase those whose bags have ripped completely, those who have black marks on white/light coloured bags or those who still haven't received their bag.

Take this as a sign - clearly you do not have the resources to quality assure a kickstarter on a large scale such as this. For your next product, cap preorders at a number you think is manageable, or hire staff to help you.

I'm incredibly disappointed. Beware if you're going to Kickstart anything from Stamistudios.

It’s a shame we had to wait so long for a defective bag. Mass production was finished on or around Jan 15th, several months AFTER the bags should’ve already been received by KS backers since the predicted release was autumn/winter 2020. When they finally came in nearly a year later, people experienced all sorts of problems with them (panels that don’t line up correctly with the poppers, straps that are too short to wear the bag as a backpack, panels that don’t lay flat against the bag and noticeably stick out, scratches on the bag, etc). The worst part about it is Stami refuses to address these problems and continue to sell the bags as if they don’t have a plethora of issues. I knew there were issues with her and her bags before, but the lack of transparency for this one KS did it for me and I can no longer support her business.

I’ve been a customer of Stami Studios for 2+ years and quality has always been awesome! Plus, I always have such lovely customer service from the Stami team!

I have been a patron of stami studios for years, she provides amazing service and products. I’ve had little errors with them but when I did have problems they were quick to respond and help solve my problem right away.

Backing Stami was one if the biggest wastes of my time and money. I live in the US and i spent well over 100+ USD on this bag and not only did the poppers not align properly, even after relaxing the front panels, the bag panels would completely fall off at the slightest brush and i would literally be out and about and my panels would completely fall off.

Not only that, but my bag handle ended up ripping less than a week after use from handle to handle, rendering it completely unuseable and Stami's only response to these concerns and those of others are to simply offer another bag with the same issues.
She even used pictures of the set up of my bag without my permission, knowing my handle ripped and i cant even use my bag, but she still used my picture and others intentionally to mislead people into thinking this product is okay.

I dont know how many folks this will reach, but seriously. Buyer beware.

Backed her everyday ita bag, which cost me around $80. The photos used on the website were not what customers ended up receiving, and changes made were not run by backers before being made, and made the bag feel and look cheap.
People's bag front panels aren't lining up with their bags properly, stuff is tearing after a few uses, etc. But the only response Stami has given is to give a replacement bag that will end up having the same issues. Refunds won't be given, and publicly she is ignoring all criticisms and only sharing the handful of positive reviews, ignoring all of our concerns and referring to a list of excuses as the only reply.
Awful customer service, will not be buying from her again.
