Eve, was helpful and encouraging without being pushy. The process was fairly straightforward and Eve kept us up to date with the process. In future I think I would ask to see the application that was submitted to inland revenue - but that was an after thought. I would still definitely recommend Eve as our dealings with her were great.

Found this team on Instagram, and was wary that this wasn't genuine, but was incredibly impressed by the knowledge and professionalism of the team. It was clear that Richard new the specifics of the law and the process of bringing a claim to fruition. The process took about 8 weeks from start to finish, and was incredibly pain free. Stamp duty Claims really earned their fees (firstly for bringing the matter to our attention and secondly for running a stress free process). Several £K now in the bank thanks to you. Would recommend.

I saw a advert on FB for stamp duty claim, so then I "investigated" on google for a company which I felt was best and did the best percentages, lots of companies were 50% plus VAT and these guys are 30% plus VAT, big difference.
The guy I delt with, and it was only him, not a call centre or other people, was a guy called Ben, who was really good, new what he was on about and made the process of getting all the information together very easy & within a matter of weeks I got the over paid stamp duty back. Great. & I referred someone as well and was received a introduction fee. All in all a very good experience

I am so pleased I overcame my skepticism to call this company to handle our stamp duty claim. Our claim was handled professionally by Eve and she kept in touch with me about the process the whole way through. Gave 4 stars instead of 5 as felt a little expensive for a straightforward claim, but would I have got the refund myself? unlikely. Can now afford to finish refurbishment- thank you.

I purchased the small flat with my husband through one of the auction companies for our retirement income. We paid the full stamp duty.
