Drop off went smoothly. Pick up was a lengthy wait. Our car must have been parked in a muddy field? Wheels & both drivers & FSP carpet were full of mud. Not how we left it.

parking costs are absolutely ridiculous…
parking costs are absolutely ridiculous and will not be using the airport again for that reason the parking is more than the flights please do check before booking anything
NEVER USE THIS COMPANY
This was a truely awful experience, cheap yes, but they change a lot of information or neglect to tell you things that you dont know until the confirmation. They originally said to meet at the orange car park, but changed it to the blue carpark when I called them 30 mins before hand as requested, I then had to pay for my car to leave the car park twice (On arrival and departure which was £13 both times, £26 in total) When picking the car up, it took nearly an hour to arrive, the guy picking my car up had no ID so was reluctant to give it to him to begin with and the guy who picked it up couldnt answer any questions like why it took so long to get the car and didnt apologise for the lateness. I paid £79 initially for the service which became £105 after the car park fees and then in turn not worth it at all.
Also, when you ring the number given, the people were rude, it took me ten, yes ten attempts to get the answers I needed when parking, which was a mix of not answering the phone, only giving one word answers and hanging up or just not giving the correct answers. When I originally rang to say where to meet, the answer was blue car park and hung up, i rang back and after multiple attempts one where in the bluse care park, got told aisle c and then hung up, the whole process and service level are total garbage.
AVOID. AVOID AVOID
I wish I could give them minus stars but unfortunately not able to.
So like others we was directed to another car park then first indicated on the confirmation.
So no delays but then a fair walk to the terminal. We was booked into the Hampton Hilton for the night (lovely hotel btw) and up for breakfast at 4am. Then it all went wrong, standing outside hotel waiting to set off to terminal, we see our car pull up outside the hotel, 2 customers got out of our car with the driver getting there suitcases for them. Needless to say we confronted the driver, he kept saying talk to manager! We noticed that 100 miles had been added to the odometer since 7pm the previous evening. We demanded our key back immediately and phoned the office to be told the manager wasn’t in till 9am and that he would phone us ( we are still waiting now). Luckily we made other arrangements for our car and have made a police report as this is taking without consent. Avoid like the plague they are illegal and dishonest. We will take this matter as far as legally possible.
Only giving 1 star because no star…
Only giving 1 star because no star isn’t an option.
The driver who collected my car was clocked doing nearly 50mph through a 30mph zone.
Warning emails from insurance as have black box, along with screenshots and dashcam video al provided. It’s been 6 weeks and they are still reviewing the complaint. By far the worst company I have come across for parking at any airport.
Avoid like the plaque
The worse meet and greet ever
No email address for this to go to, So its here. The car parking service I received using this parking company for my recent holiday was outrageous. I can honestly say that this was the worst car parking experience I have ever encountered, and I am extremely disappointed by both the way I was treated by the staff and the way my vehicle was handled.
What concerns me most is that this was a meet and greet booking, yet the service we received bore very little resemblance to what I would reasonably expect from a genuine meet and greet service. When travelling to my nominated orange car park, I followed the instructions provided and telephoned approximately 30 minutes before my arrival, as requested.
I was then instructed to go to the green car park.
Upon arrival, I was meet by two carpark attendants who directed me to a different green car park. While doing this, one of the attendants specifically warned me that, as I was women travelling on my own, I should ask for identification because there had apparently been scammers the previous week and some women had lost their cars.
This immediately caused me concern. I had already been redirected between several different car parks and I was now being about potential scammers.
When I reached the next car park, I was met by a middle-aged gentleman. Given the circumstances, I quite reasonably asked him for identification.
The response I received was absolutely appalling.
He responded:
"NO, you b*** can't. If you don't like it, don't leave your car."**I tried to explain that I had already been directed to three different car parks and had just been given worrying information parking staff regarding scams and vehicles being taken. I was not being difficult. I simply wanted reassurance that I was handing my vehicle over to a legitimate member of staff.
His response was again:
"Then don't leave the car." Eventually, he did show me a driving licence. However, at no point did he provide any identification or proof demonstrating who he worked for or that he was authorised to take possession of my vehicle.
Given the circumstances, I informed him that I had no choice but to leave the vehicle and that I would be documenting the exchange and making a formal complaint.
His response was essentially:
"Take it or leave it."
There was absolutely no attempt to reassure me, apologise for the confusion or communicate with me in a professional manner.
I find the language and attitude of this employee completely unacceptable, particularly when dealing with a female customers who had already been made understandably anxious by the instructions and warnings given to me by other staff. The problems did not end there.
On my return from holiday, I followed your instructions and telephoned from baggage reclaim.
I was then told to go to the blue car park.
There were three separate blue car parks, making this yet another confusing and unnecessarily difficult process.
When I eventually located my vehicle, I discovered that the belongings on the rear seats had been thrown onto the floor without any apparent care.
More concerningly, when I questioned what had happened, it appeared that my vehicle had been used to transport other drivers to and from the airport.
I want to make my position absolutely clear:
I did not give permission for my vehicle to be used to transport other people.
My understanding when making a meet and greet booking was that I was handing my vehicle over for the purpose of parking it securely while I was away. I did not authorise it to be used as a shuttle vehicle or for any other purpose. This was not a meet and greet service
I have used meet and greet parking services on numerous occasions and have never experienced anything like this.
A genuine meet and greet service should involve dropping the vehicle at or very close to the terminal, with the vehicle then being securely parked and returned to you upon your arrival.
With your company, however, our departure involved approximately a 9-minute walk, despite having booked a meet and greet service.
On my return, I experienced approximately a 12-minute walk, followed by a 45-minute wait for the vehicle to be returned.
That is simply not what I understand a meet and greet service to be.
To make matters worse, the person dealing with us on the return was again extremely rude and unhelpful.I booked your service in good faith, expecting my vehicle to be treated with care and for us to be dealt with professionally and respectfully.
Instead, I experienced confusion, unnecessary stress, intimidation, extremely poor customer service, a significant delay in getting our vehicle back and what appears to be unauthorised use of my vehicle.
I would strongly advise anyone, particularly women travelling alone, to think very carefully before using this service.
Did not have a good experience
Did not have a good experience, felt dodgey meeting someone randomly in a car park with no station, sign, uniform etc and just giving him my car key. Also had to wait 45 minutes after my first call to let them know I was ready to get my car back. No information on how far away the car park was etc, very small print to say you had to pay additional £26 for entering and exiting green stay. Also struggled to hear the person in conversation over the phone everytime I rang. Very poor.
This company should be shut down…
This company should be shut down immediately, and regulatory authorities should prohibit the comparison site for car parks from allowing them to advertise. Such practices are unacceptable and harmful to consumers, especially considering that we are not in third-world countries. The company is dishonest, engaging in theft by taking money from customers without delivering the promised service. I waited over four hours for my car, during which they charged an extra £20 for a promised change of return—this was twelve hours before my scheduled pickup, plus four additional hours, and I still have not received my vehicle.
DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY
DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY, it came through under compare parking deals. Had to park in the green car park which is not close and when I phoned half an hour away I couldn't understand a word of what was said. Then when we returned had to wait over an hour for the car to be returned. Plus an extra £16 entry and exit fees made this an expensive mistake. Just pay for decent off site parking or use the official meet and greet for the proper experience.
If I could give zero stars
If I could give zero stars - I would!
DO NOT USE THIS PARKING SERVICE!
I booked a Meet & Greet parking service with SC Parking Ltd / Stansted Airport Parking Services.
We followed their instructions and called approximately 30 minutes before arriving, as requested.
When we arrived, we were instructed to go to a different car park (much further) from the one originally provided in our booking. We then waited approximately 40 minutes for someone to collect our vehicle.
During this time, we repeatedly called the company and were given different explanations, including being told that the driver was already there and then that he was only four minutes away. Neither was true.
The driver eventually arrived approximately 40 minutes after we did. What was particularly frustrating was that he arrived with two other drivers, all apparently there to collect other customers' vehicles. We were the first to arrive, so it was clear that the 30-minute advance call had not resulted in the service being properly arranged. We were never being greeted until other customers arrived!
Unfortunately, the return was no better.
After returning from our holiday, I called to say that we were ready to have our car returned. I was told to expect a 30–40 minute wait. This is completely unacceptable for a service advertised as Meet & Greet.
When I tried to make a complaint about the service, explaining that waiting 40 mins was not a meet and greet service, the person I spoke to hung up on me, and subsequent calls were not answered.
A Meet & Greet service should save customers time and provide a straightforward handover. Instead, we experienced lengthy waits, inconsistent information and extremely poor customer service.
I would not use this company again and would not recommend them.
Terrible - avoid this company. This is a letter I sent about my experience
I would like to bring to your attention what can only be a truly shocking experience in dealing with the parking at Stansted airport. I am a fairly frequent flyer via business travel and personal and I have never experienced anything as bad as what happened with both drop off and collection.
Drop off:
Monday 10th of August. No one initially answered the mobile provided, I tried this 2-3 times. However, on arrival, more by luck someone was on hand to take the car. However, this was chaotic. I was asked to park in disabled initially, which felt a bit odd. The gentleman was dealing with more than one customer, had no control over the keys and there was no receipts or checks made. He just told me to go to a machine and pay the exit, then told me to go. The gentleman had barely any grasp of English.
Then the first problem. On arrival the other side of the security, I receive a call to say he could not start the car. The car was a tesla and the card was provided and worked fine when I dropped the car and when I collected it. I was bullied into paying the gentleman via his direct bank account an additional amount due to the additional time it took to get out of the car park. This issue went on around 45-60 minutes. I am sure you can understand travelling with kids is stressful enough.
The car was dropped off with 192 miles.
Pre-arrival in the UK
on the 9th I called your office and also emailed. I also whatsapped the people who I had contact with during the issue with drop off. No one replied. I eventually got answered (you can see the call was made). I mentioned the previous problem and wanted to ensure there would be no repeat on arrival with starting the car. I was told there wouldnt be, not to worry and that the same person who picked up the car would drop off the car (I had given him access to the app) and it would be there on my arrival at the terminal. I also noticed the car was parked around 3.6 miles away presumably at the compound. What the person I spoke to would not answer was why the car had been left with 192 miles, was now on only 52 miles. 140 miles was missing. He suggested that due to peak season extra mileage might be incurred. Whilst an electric car will consume whilst idle - it will not consume 140 miles for a 7-8 mile round trip. I queried this on pick up and was basically told I was a liar, despite showing the evidence.
Pick up in the UK 10-August.
No surprise the car was not there. I made the call and was very abruptly told I needed to call 30 minutes notice. This is only stated for drop off. I could see after 15 minutes the car was not moving (as per the app). Several calls were made where I was sometimes ignored (I know this, because when I tried from another number, it was answered). Whatsapp calls came in, but were not replied to and I was basically told because it was busy time of year, it was tough. Throughout the period I was told it will take time, but not given an actual time. I made it known that my child was cold, stressed, but was told to stay put an not move from the car park. I approached a man that was collecting a car from your company (I had checked with the other couple who were dropping) and he initially lied and said he didnt work for your company, but he later admitted he did and tried to help. He shouted and became aggressive to me when I mentioned the missing mileage, which again frightened my daughter.
When the car did arrive, over an hour after my initial call and with only 45 miles range there was mud in the stair well and also on the passenger seat.
Clearly the car has been used excessively. I expect compensation for this.
I had to charge on the way home - to get home. This cost time and a lot more money than if I charged at home. I had pre-charged to make sure the round trip was possible.
The car now needs cleaning. Clearly more than one person has been in the car.
I lost one hour at the airport going out
It cost me an additional parking charge (receipt available and bank transfer) through no fault of mine, the card clearly worked!!
I lost over an hour at the airport coming home
Worst of all I had to console my young daughter who had been on an over night flight who just wanted to get home and be warm. Not seeing her Dad threatened!
I am actually disgusted at the behaviour of your staff and I not only expect a full refund but also compensation for the stress and cost I have incurred. You need to employ some people who can speak basic English and take responsibility for the actions and organise the people who cant speak it so well. All they wanted to do from the initial call on Sunday was to get me off the phone. On each occasion I called they didnt take a booking number or even the car registration!! So clearly they didnt care.
I look forward to a response within 7 days, or a reply on how I can escalate this further, which may include sharing video footage and telephone recordings of how your staff treated me.
Absolute tosh
Had to meet outside of Stansted terminal to drop the car which was strange and then on pick up gave us 45 mins to wait and on ringing they hadn’t even sent our car. Waited another 20 and someone came to pick us up to drive to our car. Wouldn’t touch this company again!
Parked in a muddy field?
Drop off went smoothly. Pick up was a lengthy wait. Our car must have been parked in a muddy field? Wheels & both drivers & FSP carpet were full of mud. Not how we left it.
RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL and SPLATTERED WITH BLOOD
Trust me, trust Trust Pilot and DON'T use this company.
So we begin - "please phone 30 minutes before you arrive" - phoned FIVE times, while driving and no answer.
Eventually got through and they said meet in the GREEN car park, not ORANGE - as the paperwork said. I wasn't filled with confidence with the person on the phone, the line was bad and I was driving so I called back to double check (as we had two cars in tandem and wanted to be sure I heard right) - the guy who then picked up the phone said "Yes, the GREEN car park, I have told you THREE times!" (he hadn't, I spoke to a lady).
Arrived at the car park, no clear instructions as to where to park, went round and round the car park before we saw the guy and ushered us into a disabled space - also this car park is further away from the terminal than the orange, so you have a longer walk to get to the airport.
You then have to pay £13 to pay for half an hour - which it does say on the paperwork, but only on the confirmation email you get AFTER the parking is booked, so as we had two cars that was another £52 on top of the parking costs.
Collecting the car, they did pick up the phone, but said it would be a 40 minute wait, it was nearer 45 minutes for one car, and probably closer to an hour for the second one, which at 1.00am you really just want to get home as soon as you can!
My car arrived and I noticed there were small blood splatters all down one side! I pointed it out and the guy pretty much just shrugged his shoulders. They were fresh too, probably not enough blood for the car to have been in an accident, but still worrying!
But what it most annoying is my car has an automatic handbrake that turns itself on an off when pulling away and stopping, it also has a small handbrake switch hat can be pulled manually, and I would guess that whoever drove the car thought they had to sue this and must have been heavy handed as the switch is totally broken. I didn't notice this at first as I wouldn't normally use it, but reported it the next day by email and have heard nothing back.
I don't foresee getting anything out of these people, but if I do, I will happily modify this review - but anything above 1 star is being very generous!
Don't use them!!
Don't use them!!
We was waiting 50 minutes for return the car. Also we needed to pay additional £13!!!The car was completely dirty but we left cleaned! They don't answer on our complaint and never refunded the monies.Thief..
Cheap for a reason and it’s not meet and greet!
Booked this based on the price and that absolutely the issue.
The staff are friendly enough, but as per other reviews my car came back cover in tree debris.
The email clearly stated to go to the ORANGE car park, however when we called we were told to go to the GREEN car park. The same on the return, when they finally answered the call at 3am (I was starting to panic after 15 minutes of no pick up to the call). The issue with the green car park is that it’s a 7-9 minute walk to the terminal, totally defeating the concept of meet and greet.
We’ve had better services so I will use an alternative in future.
DO NOT USE!!
DO NOT USE!!
Have just has to wait 2 hours for our car to be returned.
Repeated calls to the driver were unanswered.Once we were connected it took another hour and repeated calls to chase driver. Our car had done an extra 52Miles!!!
We had the same experience on arrival at the airport. The parking destination had been changed with no communication!!
AVOID AVOID AVOID If I could give zero…
AVOID AVOID AVOID If I could give zero stars I would, This is not a legit company I found out the hard way that's on me for not doing enough research please don't make the same mistake. The car came back after an hour waiting to find my phone charger lead broken, the car was stinking inside and it had been driven 15 mile and managed to use 65 mile of fuel!! I barely had enough to get a near by petrol station, Considering this is a hybrid it had clearly been thrashed and used as a pool car, none of the staff carry ID no uniforms and clearly not professional DO NOT USE THIS "COMPANY".
SC Parking a nightmare to avoid…
Used Compare Your Parking site which took me to SC Parking Ltd at Stansted. Exceptionally poor service and would advise not to use.
I experienced the following:
It was not a meet and greet service as known
It did not operate from a traditional location at one of the recognised car parks
The meet location was changed
The entry and exits were not as stated
The reception was unfriendly and unhelpful
The driver returning the car was rude.
There is little or no paperwork.
Calls were not answered
All in all I was just grateful that I was able to drive my car away
Fraudsters
Do not use this service — they are not genuine and acted fraudulently. Essex Police had to step in and retrieve my car after the company refused to return it and repeatedly ignored my calls.
SC parking Ltd Stansted airport .Arrived back from holiday the meet and…
Arrived back from holiday the meet and greet phone number given was unanswered for 30min. We were told their compound had been shut down by the police and they didn’t know where the car was then hung up. We seeked police advise. They had not shut down any car parks and that it would have been trading standards so clearly this was a lie. After further contact they said we will deliver your car in 12 hours to your home address and to get a taxi home. We had to arrange a pick up from the airport ourselves. Police advised to wait until 12 next day if car is not returned we can report it stolen.so in the morning at 8am we contacted them and they said we cannot return your car as the police shut us down which is clearly a lie as they are still operating and the police confirmed they hadn’t shut it down. We are still without our car and have with no indication of when it will be returned. You couldn’t make it up avoid this company at all costs
