Everyone was super helpful

Everyone was super helpful. However, we received the email that my glasses were in, drove 25 miles to get them only to tell us they couldn't find them. We went to lunch and they called us back-found glasses. Everyone was super nice. Great staff.

Made an early morning appointment and…

Made an early morning appointment and s5ill had to wait.
Was seated at the first machine picked up a tissue to wipe off the machine. The young lady said I didn’t have to do that because she cleans them with alcohol. Never seen her clean them at any time during the the five people I seen use them.
Upon. Checking in the gal asked for my insurance cards, told her my information should be in the computer but insisted to have them and copied them. That was a waist of time not of my coverage has eye care benefits. Filled out the eye care issues on you form but the for also asked for any other health care issues. Told her I didn’t think you need that information so your employee answered all those questions NO to finish checking in. Then was told there was no Doctor there, only have Doctor 2 mornings a week. Had a virtual exam by someone other than the name on my exam.
Them I wasn’t happy with my old glasses they became scratched too easily. She said the lens wasn’t scratched it was the coating on them. Asked if the coating could be removed she said no. When I bought them was told to only use your lens cleaner for others cleaner removes the coating, what way is correct?
With not having acceptable answers decided to just pay for exam. Made out the check and your machine said not able to verify payment of the check. Went out called my bank to see if there were any issues with my account and was told no issues. The first gal was short about it and said to pay with either cash or credit card told her no. The other gal working up front tried to re run the check it failed again then she said they have problems with that system. Told her here is the check good luck with it and I’m done here. Hope you can resolve my concerns

People were very nice

People were very nice, helpful and very in tune with the process and the products. They were great with advising in a way that could fit my financial ability which was amazing. Dr was very good. Asked questions I didn’t even think about asking which also was very comforting.

The doctor was excellent

The doctor was excellent. The service was very advanced. I was very pleased with that. Also, the customer service when choosing frames were very helpful, I was able to get my glasses completed same day and second pair two days later. Will definitely use them always!

There was a good selection of frames to…

There was a good selection of frames to choose from. Clean areas. Not welcomed when I went in and then was told I had glaucoma and needed to go to a specialist. I did follow up with one who my insurance covers and I do not have glaucoma.

Cost was too high

I thought the cost was too high for one pair of single vision glasses. I had thought I was getting the BOGO offer but that doesn't apply if you use your vision insurance. $388 for one pair of glasses AFTER insurance is a lot. They must have large expenses to charge so much. I'll go elsewhere next time.

I scheduled an eye exam stating I was…

I scheduled an eye exam stating I was having problems seeing near and far and it being so blurry it looked like doubles I get there and there’s no Doctor. It’s just somebody on a computer screen that did literally two clicks and said OK they had my prescription I can see better out of the five dollar readers I got from Walmart then I can my $400 at Stanton optical. I told them when I picked up the glasses again that I still could not see with my glasses that I don’t believe the prescription is right I was told to just wear them for a few days. There was no adjustments done so when I looked down the glass fall down my nose every single time I’m told to come back in and actually see a doctor that it’s gonna cost me more money. I just paid for an exam and have glasses that do me no good. I was told that there was a get to progressive lenses and two glasses in the exam for under $200. I get there and one glasses and an exam with the computer screen. Nobody present cost me $400. No part of this has been good I drive an hour each way so I have four hours of driving time in and gas and I still do better with the Walmart readers. I can’t even get someone at the office to speak to me. I’ve called numerous times I’ve even gone through the 800-number and they’ve tried to get through and they can’t get through.
