Not dissatisfied, just disappointed
Immediately when I put the glasses on, I was disappointed. The "funnel" if the progressive was too far to the right. I had to turn my head to the left and look to the right. I love the frames. They are going to make new ones, but I think they didn't get my pupils centered. I wish I had got bi-focals instead of progressive lenses, but they wouldn't listen to my wishes. I'm very disappointed, and spent $800 on the $79 special, and I can see better without the glasses. They will go in the drawer. And one of the techs was either just coming off her 3rd job and very tired, or she was stoned. Could barely keep her eyes open

LOVE this Stanton!!!!
Miss Tammy was absolutely wonderful and made me feel like a superstar model while helping me pick out lenses! While I'm not entirely happy with the frames I chose, as they don't just fit my vibe, that's no fault to anyone! I LOVE coming to this Stanton as they understand I get overstimulated easily since I'm autistic and have a hard time with specific sensory issues.

Too much playing around
I went into my appointment on time to go to the back where there were paricle lights on. 1 girl was back there sje didn't say anything but continued chilling & playing around with stuff in her bags at the testing part back there. 5 to 6 minutes later another employee comes in. She cuts on the lights & they continue to cut & never address me or the 2 other customers waiting, 1 which was with 2 kids. 1 of the customers asked do we sign in somewhere or what.?! The last employee that had come in gave her a tablet to do so... then we all signed in & took it back to the lady. When it was my turn , I learn that the optometrist is infact not present. He is on a TV screen live with you in the room. He does everything from home. Was a whole weird experience. Then when in yhe outside part getting the glasses I was told the lady was giving me the best deal .. either we'd use my insurance or their special..whichever came out cheaper. After paying another employee let me know i could have saved alot of money going the other way. So, no probably will not go back to this spot.
