I like the back of the house employees
I like the back of the house employees. They was very polite from the time I got there til I left that area. The Doctor was AWESOME.. My only issue is with 1 individual in the front area. She gives off this rudeness. I wasn't a fan of hers. But that's why I gave 3 stars.Her attitude that day irritated me. Overall the rest of the employees was GREAT

Poor experience, poor service
When you go and pick up your glasses and put them on. The person who gave them to you says ok you're good to go. Not checking them. Not making sure they were a good fit, or if any adjustments needed to be made. Don't get me started on the cheap plastic cases. One would think after spending over $900 on two pairs of glasses, the least that would be given was a decent eyeglass case. This was my first and last visit to Stanton Optical.

HORRIBLE! Be careful, extremely careful, about their "sale/promo"! It's a lie!! $400 later! Eyeglasses are NOT ready in 30 minutes! Also, I was told by their employee that my glasses would be ready for pick up in a week. Lmao!! I called yesterday and was put on hold for over 20 minutes. THEN, some agent, who did NOT work at the Anderson SC location, told me that my order was arriving today 03/27/25! Are you sure of the year? Did you mean next year?! Uhhhhh, so why does your website show that my order is in process and will not be ready until 03/05/25!?!?! WHAT A JOKE!!!
