Sent me to another eye doctor Clemson Eye. Said veins in eyes had too much pressure about to rupture $175 more dollars the doctor at Clemson eye said I was there for no reason after the exam. Said he has better equipment that shows correct results. Your internet also went down 4 times during virtual exam. Maybe that's results were wrong.

It took almost a month to get glasses…
It took almost a month to get glasses and I did not like a virtual doctor. I was not told ahead of time when I made the appointment that it would be virtual. I felt blindsided.

I came away feeling confident in the exam I received. It was very thorough, they have a good system. It would have been nice for someone to explain the process and that they use remote/Zoom examiners. The associates were very pleasant and willing to assist. My contacts were available in a timely manner. I signed up for their $20. program for the year as a result.

I spent hours getting an exam just to…
I spent hours getting an exam just to be told later that there's a problem with getting the pin number that the DMV needs to renew my driver's license. The end product is I still had to go to the DMV and wait in line there to get my driver's license renewed since there was no ETA of when your company was able to get my pin number. Additionally, I spent $300 for glasses that suck. I should have just went to the DMV. I would have had a much better time than visiting your company.

Never again will I go back.
No on-site doctors. Because of this, I was there from 11:10 to 2:30. The virtual doctors didn't understand what was on my file, so they dropped me and went to the next patient. I was dropped by 4 doctors. Never again, will I go back.
Then if you have VSP insurance, the patient has to go online and then email information to Stanton before they are seen. Any other eye place, all I had to do is give them my name and ss# and they take care of everything.

Would have been five stars except they are chinchy on the classes cases. They did not give me a case for my sun glasses. They said the glasses would not fit in their standard case and that's all they have. I asked if they had a case I could buy and they said no. A little ridiculous; no case on a total purchase over $750.
