They told me the exam was free if I…

They told me the exam was free if I bought two pairs, but that was a lie—I ended up paying half the price. The salesperson never asked me if I wanted a warranty but gave it to me anyway; the manager is a terrible person.

When I placed my order for delivery, I specified USPS will not deliver to my physical address because I live in a rural area. The assistant who helped mr reassured me it will be delivered through UPS, NOT USPS. So I gave her my physical address for delivery. I later received an email it will be delivered with USPS, I called the customer service number to confirm. I was informed it will be delivered by UPS. I called again today for status of my order. I was informed it will be delivered through USPS, UPS. I informed the rep it will be rejected by the post office (USPS) because they do NO deliver to physical address. The rep called the El Paso TX location to make the changes but couldn't reach anyone. I was told to wait for a return phone call and make the changes. I told her I did inform the associate when I made the order and a second time I was reassured it would be mailed through UPS. I'm upset because now I won't be able to receive my package even after explaining the situation with USPS. Next time listen to customers and reasons why certain deliveries are not an option!

Not a good experience

Wait time for exam was long. Upon receiving my glasses lenses were flipped. Never received my trial set for my contacts.

I got my prescription right for…

I got my prescription right for contacts but as far as wait time and staff, it was horrible. I don’t think I would recommend to anyone, I waited at least 3 hours WITH an appointment.

It took a month for them to start on my new glasses and when I received them, they were a completely different prescription. Customer service is not good with helping you or knowing how their own business works.

One of my frames were lost at the time…

One of my frames were lost at the time of pick up. As of today, I haven't been notified if the reorder has arrived. In the future,I would hope Stanton will be more careful with the clients orders.
