Staff was fine
Staff was fine. I was disappointed how they just put the glasses 2 pair in front of me. I tried them on and said there fine. I had to ask for cases for the glasses..I purchased Cavel glasses which are name brand luxury glasses and they hand me two very cheaply made plastic cases. And had to ask for lenses cloth to clean the glasses.

Terrible, I showed up 30 minutes early to see the styles, and my only request is will they help me find something that is the proper size. I was basically told it's what is on the wall and see if it fits. I'm so glad I walked out before the exam. This place is like a McDonalds, everyone is in such a rush that customer concerns don't matter. No thank you.

I've gone to two different locations in El Paso and have been unhappy with my results both times my glasses are not a good fit nor is the prescription aside from that each time I've gone they never have a pair of contacts for me to leave with but they always charge me for the contact appointment so I don't even know if the contacts are a good fit the prescription is a good fit I don't know because the glasses and prescription are not this is probably going to be the last time I go to any El Paso store

Wrong pair of glasses sent to store…
Got a message a day before my glasses were ready to be picked up. I was told to sit at a station and someone would be right with me. 30 minutes later a gentleman asks if I’ve been helped I said I’m here to pick up. He looks for my glasses in the yellow boxes and they were not in there. He goes to the back and comes back 20 minutes later staying they sent the wrong style and that I could take them or send them back. I have already waited and needed them ASAP so I asked or a refund and Eyemart took care of me within an hour. Waste of my time here. Another lady was there and got a message her eye drops were ready and staff told her they would be ready by Monday. Seems like a very disorganized establishment.

Not to many frames to choose from for the 2 for 79 special
Had nothing to do with staff has to do with the company. Not many frames to choose from when it comes to the 2 pair for 79 dollars. Then everything is ala carte now when before you could choose what you wanted. Staff was great and amazing.

Great experience from the moment I…
Great experience from the moment I walked in until I walked out. The young lady the assisted me was patient with me and put me at ease right away. Since I couldn’t read the questions hence my visit there…she took time and read them to me and I answered verbally. She continued to assist me pick my frames and provided me with advice which I appreciated very much. She even provided me with at least 1 of my glasses to take home. The other pair would be ready in 5 to 10 days. Very happy experience. Just a quick note the young men there were discussing there previous night activity while providing my pre-exam..I don’t think they thought I spoke English so I just listened..lol I myself have 3 sons so I thought it was funny but concern if I was getting the proper attention to my exam…

No Consideration for customer's valuable time and money.
First of all. They waste all my time in telling me, I could have my lenses replaced to other frames, I brought in. They charge me total price and weeks to receive news and They declined to have lenses replaced. Waste of time. 2ndly..my other frames with transitions had no transitions, after being told they were ready for pick up..had to waste more time. Few more weeks to get the right lenses..more valuable time wasted.. currently no transitions eye wear. No discount, half price off to show any inconvenience they may have caused me..just take my money and waste my time..now that Is what they call "customer service "

From the very beginning your staff helped me get an appointment to get my eyes checked and eventually a nice pair of glasses with proper prescription... The waiting time was a little too long but in the end we'll wort it and definitely your prices are outstanding. In this economy you sure helped me a lot. I'm ready to used my prescription once more and get me another pair of glasses for the sun!!!
