This was my 1st time ever ha ing my eyes checked. I went in 30min before my appointment time and was helped immediately, and it took a total of less than 1.5hrs from my arrival that I was walking out with my new glasses and able to see everything I had been missing for almost 20yrs. The whole staff was very professional and courteous to me and everyone else. Great people at the location on Kingston Pike, Knoxville near West Town Mall.

The staff was friendly and explained when my glasses would be ready. They were helpful adjusting them, especially Kristina who allowed me to pick up my glasses 10 minutes before closing. I was able to be out 2 minutes before closing even after she adjusted by glasses. Her manager was also helpful with info, but I did not get his name. Thank you again!

Amazing! But ask questions.
Staff was amazing! Wish the actual eye exam wasn’t virtual but it was a cool experience. Only thing I didn’t like was I chose frames over $200 and they weren’t brand new. If I knew that I wasn’t getting brand new frames out of the box I would have went cheaper. Besides that I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Stanton Optical is the best place in Knoxville to get your glasses. I'm 58. I've worn glasses since I was 9. I got my first pair of glasses from Dr.Swartz in Western Plaza in 1977. The folks at Stanton on Kingston Pike are excellent. They're thorough and caring. I highly recommend them.
