Would have given zero stars, but not an option. Wasn't listened to. Got order wrong. Didn't give insurance credit. Wanted more money to make situation right. Would not recommend Stanton Optical ever.

Bait and switch program in effect! Just wanted one pair of bifocals for a reasonable price, but it turns out if you can't take advantage of their sales, your cost for this one pair would be almost $300. No thank you!

Arden Way Ghetto Office
I did NOT get two pairs for $79. I did NOT get my glasses in 30 minutes. I ordered two papers of glasses ands one pair of Rx sun glasses. I have yet to get my sunglasses. When I picked up my glasses the person who gave me my glasses did not sit with me to see if they got or if the Rx was correct. She told me to “try them on and see for yourself.” And then turned away. The location on Arden Way has a ghetto vibe and the worst so called customer service. Nope.

Tech staff was not friendly and ignored until I asked for help. I had to wait until they finished chatting. They acted like I was diaturbing them.
Glasses ended up being sooo expensive. I don't recommend.

This was my first experience visiting an optometrist, and I was very impressed. My contact lens prescription had expired, so I had a comprehensive eye exam and received a new prescription. I was also given the opportunity to try two different types of contact lenses in different price ranges, which made it much easier to choose the ones that felt most comfortable.
I also really appreciated the discount on the eye exam when purchasing contact lenses, so I decided to buy a 90-day supply right away. The entire staff was kind, friendly, and very helpful throughout the whole process.

Was told I might not be able to pick up my glasses as they are short staffed and don’t deliver past 6:30. I got there before 6. Not my fault only two people are working.
I was able to get them. Not cool making customers uncomfortable because you have staff shortages.
One pair of my glasses have to be redone as the focal length is about 5 inches. Try using glasses that you have to be 5 inches to read anything.

Great team! Fast and Friendly service
Initial visit was with a great team! Everyone was helpful, friendly and made us feel welcomed. I accompanied my sisters to do their eye exams and ended up taking advantage of their Memorial Day sale as well. The lady who did my eye exam thoroughly cleaned all the machinery down to every crevice. I love that! The second visit was to pick up our glasses and it was a quick interaction as there was other clients waiting too.
