**Worst shopping experience ever!**


**Worst shopping experience ever!**

I purchased a baby sitting chair directly from their website. The product I received was much smaller than what was shown, and it is completely unusable for my needs.

The customer support is one of the worst I have ever dealt with. They were unhelpful and kept refusing my request. I never asked for a refund—I simply requested to return the product and purchase the bigger size instead. I was even willing to pay the price difference, but they rejected my request without providing a proper solution.

The product is already packed and ready for return, yet they are neither accepting the return nor offering a replacement. This has been an extremely frustrating experience.

I would not recommend buying from this website. Poor customer service, poor return support, and a very disappointing overall experience.

Horrible experience with star and daisy..
Received a used/rusted product and despite sharing unboxing video they are passing days without a resolution. No empathy from their end that the product is for achild waiting for days to use the product...absolute disaster customer support only providing with copy paste pre defined anwers.

Poor product quality and even worse customer service.
The pregnancy pillow I received had a sharp attachment connector that caused a cut on my skin. I immediately reported the issue and requested a return, but StarAndDaisy refused to take responsibility and kept referring to their policy.
A product intended for expecting mothers should be safe and comfortable, not cause injuries. After multiple calls and follow-ups, I still received no reasonable solution. Very disappointing experience.

I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with this purchase. The product arrived in damaged condition and several parts were already rusted when I opened the package. Receiving a new product in such a condition is completely unacceptable.
The product quality was far below expectations and did not appear to have undergone proper quality checks before shipping. The damage and rust make me question both the durability and safety of the product.
I expected a new, defect-free item but instead received a product that looked used or improperly stored. I would not recommend this product based on my experience. The company should improve its quality control, packaging, and inspection process to prevent other customers from facing similar issue

Received defective product and now company is not refunding or either doing exchange

Ordered product - SnD Luna Luxe baby stroller pram.
Quality of packaging - poorest poor
Quality of product Received - poor, defective, multiple damages, scratches
Customer care response - cold and non able to return or denied to exchange.
Founder response - very cold and not a bit concerned
Money - wasted and since they are not accepting return or exchange the money has gone to drain.

Poor quality and hopeless service

I had purchased Star and daisy bottle warmer on ------. I used it first time on 6th April on my first outstation tour. Its bucket started melting. I raised the issue with the company. Company advised me to pour only 100-150 ml of water instead of 500 ml and to operate the unit at 40-45degree celcius. I pointed out that it is contrary to the instructions given in the broucher sent with the sanitizer and I have strictly followed the instructions. Moreover for disinfection you need steam and water can not turn into heat at 40-45 degree C. Company advised that 100 degree is the technical capacity but I should operate at 40-45 degree.

My view is that Company's products have quality issues. Hence pl avoid buying any product from the Company.

1 star – Nightmare customer support! Avoid!
Ordered a baby toilet seat (₹900) from their site instead of Amazon/Flipkart (₹100 cheaper here). Thought it'd be genuine with better support. Total myth!
Received damaged product (2 broken parts). Chat took 30-60 mins for rep. Endless back-and-forth on WhatsApp:
Resend photos (parts "not visible").
Send video of broken parts.
"Only 1 damaged" → I correct to 2 → Resend videos.
Pack in original box + video → Then unpack and video AGAIN!
Frustrated beyond words – never had this in online shopping. Finally agreed to 2 replacement parts after days of hassle.
Buy elsewhere!
