Worst brand for babies and scam company
I have purchased a baby chair from star and daisy which was paid online and when the item was delivered the one leg of chair was not working and not locked due to defect in the product and was very much unsafe as it would fall due to 1 leg not stable..I reached out to customer service which is absolutely pathetic and they asked me to fix it with screw instead of replacing tge product!When I further showed them video and had call over video call they assured they can send replacement.I received a replacement seat which was not of the product I ordered with poor plastic , different colour and size as well!!they want me to use a bigger size with the same parts that was recived originally!! Due to wrong size and different seat the initial parts wont fix to new seat and from there onwards the customer service started fooling me and started disconnecting my call whenever I called them..they have no shame what kind of fraud they are making to customers! The star and daisy team does not gave well mannered and well trained people..they just come and spend their day and leave for home nobody is watching them!!Deepika Pandey from their customer service is continuosly disconnecting my call when I am calling for my redolution on this matter..I want to escalate this as the parents who are trusting this company may end to get defective product with no response from snd!!do not buy any product online of this company as they sell defective product and then say we have no return and exchange policy!!I want CEO to take strict action against your customer service team behaviour as they are ruining the company and customers are getting impacted with loss of money!!I want you guys to take back my chair as it is of no use to me with one leg defective..

I have bought a study table for my daughter which is very easy to assemble and have a reasonable rates

I ordered a study table from staranddaisy website, I was expecting normal product because this was my first time purchase from this company. But After receiving the product I can definately say that it is one of the best product I have purchased. Thank you staranddaisy.

Beware!!! This is a scam company. They have very poor quality products with fake and overtly crafted advertisements. After you purchase, their website will not show you your orders to avoid web trails. they will not let you cancel your order. My product was horrible with multiple defects. Their CC representative messaged me that exchange, replacement or refund is not a part of their policy. They run a fake bot driven customer care. they will tire and harass you before you lose your sanity and give up on sub-standard products. This is what their business strategy all about.

I ordered 4 door wardrobe. I received it within 5-7 days. Only issue was some parts were missing. I informed the team with proof and they immediately sent me the missing parts. Overall experience was great shopping with StarAndDaisy team.

My experience with star and daisy is little bit different, actually I purchased baby cradle which is a electric cradle but when I received the product I don't know how to assemble this and how it's work but after some time I received a assembly video link on my WhatsApp of this product the message is automated and this helps me to assemble the product and know about the product features an all.
