Replacement for transit damaged

I wanted a replacement for the food tray that was damaged in transit. When i reached out to Star & Daisy customer care through mail they quickly responded that they will send a replacement. However when the replacement didn’t arrive i mailed to customer service again. I got a quick response that the replacement had gotten lost in transit and i was assured that they will send the replacement again. I have now received the replacement and I am so thankful to Kunal for the solution provided and his good effort in fulfilling the replacement. Overall I’m happy with the Products i received and the efficient customer service provided by Star & Daisy. Thankyou.

Very Poor Service – Fake Dispatch & No Delivery

I placed an order (#1176391) on 15 April, and since then it has been a frustrating experience. I received a message claiming that my order was dispatched along with a DTDC tracking ID, but the tracking number is invalid and not traceable.
For the past 3 days, I have beenfollowing up with customer care. Every time, I am told that the order will be “dispatched today,” but nothing actually happens. These repeated false assurances clearly show a lack of transparency and professionalism.
Providing a dispatch confirmation without an actual shipment and sharing non-working tracking details is highly misleading. This feels like a complete failure in service and customer support.
At this point, I have neither received my order nor any genuine update regarding its status.
Recommendation:
I would strongly advise others to avoid ordering from this company until they improve their service and stop misleading customers.

Extremely Unsafe & poor service provider

I had ordered a Push walker from Star and Daisy website for my baby who is 10 months old. This push walker is one of the most unsafe baby products I’ve come across. The wheels have absolutely no proper grip or braking system, causing the walker to move too fast the moment a baby tries to hold it. Instead of supporting walking, it actually increases the risk of the baby falling and getting injured.
What’s even worse is the company’s response. Despite clearly explaining the safety issue, they refused to accept a return or provide a replacement, hiding behind their “no return policy.” This is completely unacceptable for a product meant for infants.
I strongly advise parents to stay away from this product. Safety should be the top priority when it comes to babies, and this product fails miserably on that front.
Very disappointed with both the product quality and customer service.

Bought a bag for my daughter

Bought a bag for my daughter.
Product quality did not match the description on their website.
I emailed them the same day asking to return.
They replied after 3 days rejecting my request. They did not bother to respond to my follow up email.

As soon as they got your money, you are not important to them anymore.

Not sure how they managed to get 4+ rating here. Bit of a scam they are running.

Bunch of frauds.

Their products are just worthless, Half of them dont work and they dont issue and replacements. They whitelabel chinese products and act as if they designed these products themselves. Horrible customer service. Dont buy from this company.

I had the worst experience with Star…

I had the worst experience with Star and Daisy. I purchased a product recently, and it turned out to be completely unsuitable for my needs. Unfortunately, their strict no return and no exchange policy makes things even worse for customers.

The product quality and usability did not meet my expectations, and despite reaching out, there was no helpful support provided. It feels like once the product is sold, the brand doesn’t really care about customer satisfaction.

I would strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing from Star and Daisy, especially if you are unsure about the product, because you won’t have the option to return or exchange it.

Overall, very disappointing experience.
