Bad customer service and bad quality

I am extremely disappointed with the response received from your customer support team. The executive I interacted with was highly uncooperative and dismissive of a genuine concern.
Despite sharing clear evidence of a stained product, I was told that it is “just a stain” and can be washed and used. This is completely unacceptable. Customers do not purchase new products with the expectation that they will need to clean or fix defects before use.
Moreover, offering a mere ₹200 wallet credit while denying a replacement is not only unreasonable but also reflects poor customer service standards. This approach clearly shows a lack of accountability for delivering a defective or possibly used product.
This is highly unprofessional and not at all what one expects from a reputed company.

I ordered a wardrobe and it came all…

I ordered a wardrobe and it came all dirty... There were about a 40 different pieces and dusting everything would take atleast 2 hours of my time.. when asked to replace, they said it is just dust , you can wipe it off easily.. then one drawer was bent.. for that they said, it isn't bent, its just flexible.. and the customer service reached out to me after a day since I raised the complaint.. but they argued that they reached out immediately.. and they were urging me to check the product soon and get back to them.. I said I was travelling and needed time and then again they were like, no we have to close the issue within 24 hours.. like they are some big govt organization with all these rules.. customer satisfaction is least important to them.. they don't even help in product assembly.. only after coming to this forum i realised there are so many ppl who faced similar issues.. I did a mistake not reading these reviews beforehand.. will never buy from them again...

Worst Experience – No Delivery, No Communication, No Refund

I am extremely disappointed with this company. I placed an order over a month ago and have still not received my item. There has been absolutely no update from their side or from DTDC regarding delivery.

I reached out multiple times, but there was no response or clarity. When I finally requested cancellation and refund, even that was ignored.

Unprofessional service, poor communication, and zero accountability. They are happy to take your money but fail to deliver or respond.

Requesting everyone to stay away and not waste your hard-earned money here.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. You will lose your money and get nothing in return. I will now escalate to consumer forum.

Worst after return service.they delivered used product and didn't agreed for return never ever buy from snd...worst customer service..I purchased high chair which they gave me used one and the balance with the chair is not uniform as it is tilted from one side

Resolution of Issue of the Damaged…

Resolution of Issue of the Damaged Product received after Receipt of Product and Opening of Pack Video proof given. And once After Video recording and CCTV footage sent again on the receipt and damaged Product proof from SND, the issue is addressed by Mr. ANUJ in getting me a replacement. Thanking for his initiative and resolution act. The replacement is Initiated and awaiting the Durable and New Product which is in transit. I wish SND this time will give me Genuine and Checked Piece.

Great customer support

Khushi Bhatnagar helped me very well with my issue. She took special approval to provide me complimentary defective part of stroller although I have to pay for shipping. Her response time was very fast and my issue was solved within an hour.

I had a great experience with star and daisy . They provide excellent customer service. I had an issue regarding baby walker which got resolved with the help of Ms. Khushi Bhatnagar, she was very humble and polite.

The product is very good

The product is very good, spacious compartments and the quality of the material is also very nice. Has a good look and feel to it, easily moveable as well.
