I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent shopping experience with StarAndDaisy store. Unfortunately, the service I have received thus far has been entirely unacceptable.

Upon receiving my delivery, I discovered that the item sent was completely different from what I had ordered. When I contacted your support team to rectify this error, I was informed that I would be responsible for the give us shipping charges otherwise we can't return product and they stopped replying my message.

Got broken product...no response for replacement or return quality of product is also very poor this time very disappointed with Star and daisy. Never buy any product of star and daisy.

Baby chair order ki thi .20 din ho rahe he koi delivery nai Hui he aur koi msj ka reply bhi nahi kar raha he .

I ordered an adult bathtub with steamer. At first I ordered for the pink colour but they have called me and said only blue colour is available after payment. I accepted it, It came with a bad shaped package, tear at the edges. When I opened it, manual instruction was not provided just a pamphlet how to get the unfold the tub. For installation, I would have to go to YouTube to watch the assembling process. I try to assemble it, but I figured out that there was several parts which was missing I told them, they end up saying that they would be sending me the rubber part which was missing. I asked for the replacement for the sake of my safety as the product doesn't have any safety instructions also. Even, I don't know what are the parts that were missing. I could end up getting electrocuted if any mistake happens. I tried calling with agents. They kept on saying we will call you at 6.pm And they even messaged me on wats app for call arrangment. I called them again, they said they have arranged a call in evening. Knowing that they are only available for few hours in evening after 8:00 they don't take any calls. They refused to replace the faulty item. Don't buy stardaisy. They are fraud, customer satisfaction is zero, they negotiate wih you with the missing part. Forget the replacement it just to attract buyers. Don't ever buy ANYTHING from them, from any platform. WARNING. amazon, Flipkart all are reliable sources. Lets see what happens next. I'm expecting call from them in evening. Lets see their resolution.

I ordered a wardrobe for my baby on Jan 20th. It arrived 5 days late, and what I received was shocking. The package was covered in dirt and filth. The first two parts I opened were already damaged, and the condition was so unhygienic that I could not bring myself to open the entire package.
This is a product meant for a baby. Sending something in such a filthy and unsafe condition shows complete disregard for basic quality and hygiene standards.
When I contacted customer care, the response was even worse. There is apparently no return policy. Are customers seriously expected to accept damaged, dirty products with zero accountability?
This has been one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. Extremely disappointed and strongly caution others before ordering.

Hi I had ordered a pack of 8 brushes from Staranddaisy.. but I had received only one brush instead of 8.. I contacted the customer support and Ms Khushi Bhatnagar from Customer support really helped me to get the remaining brushes at the earliest.. the quality of the brush is amazing.. my son has sensitive teeth and these brushes are super soft for his teeth and gums and cleans very well.. thank you star and daisy
