Very disappointing product. I purchased this scooter for my child, and it stopped functioning after just one year. The worst part is that the company does not have any service centers outside Ghaziabad. I live in Hyderabad, and no one here is able to repair it.
When I contacted customer care, they informed me that the repair would cost ₹500, and I would also have to bear the shipping charges. This is completely unreasonable. The total cost comes close to ₹1,500, for which I could easily buy a new scooter instead.
My honest suggestion: do not buy products from this company. Your money will be wasted if any repair is needed after some time.

I purchased Metaluxe Pram from snd website directly, I have got offer and i paid 8000 rupees around for this product, Pram quality is great and very sturdy and have minimal installation and minimal fixes and hassle free, initially I had problem with folding, but SnD team helped me to fix, Now its OK

I have placed an order for my stroller part which was lost, the process was smooth. I just had to mail them and it went smoothly to place the order

I must say the product quality is excellent. I ordered a baby blanket and pillow and am extremely happy with them. The customer support was also outstanding—there was a delivery-related issue that needed resolution, and I had a very positive experience with Khushi Bhatnagar from their team.

I originally got a defective product and when I contacted customer support they were very helpful in guiding me through the replacement procedure specially your employee mamta sain who helped me get a replacement

I ordered for a pair of bed rails bigger size. After delivery, when we checked the product was slightly big and we needed a smaller size. I contacted them through mail and they agreed to exchange the product for smaller size. I had to borne the return shipping charge which was half the amount I spent for the product. No response from them even after mailing tracking id. After 2 weeks of followup in mail, I called them and then they took 3 days to respond for that. At last, I had to pay more for the smaller size also because they take actual price for exchange. I ended up paying thrice the amount of the product cited in website for this. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. THEIR RETURN, EXCHANGE POLICIES ARE THE WORST.

The worst brand anyone can choose for baby's product.Received a damaged packaging and dirty product for which they denied for replacement saying I should have contacted within 7 days.
In fact I had tried reaching them the very next moment I received parcel but no response from them.Pathetic service.They told me it is obvious that product will get dirty in shipping.They really fail to understand, it's a baby's product & it can't be used like that.
I am totally against this brand policy.
